MIKE OZAN Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer Michael Ozan is the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of TWIST Creative.

Michael and his wife, Connie, founded the business in 2000 — hence the name, referring to the merging of two creative disciplines; he, a writer, and Connie, a designer. As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Michael acts as business leader and brand consultant: tasked with creative concept development, organization naming and product naming and launch, as well as developing branding and communication strategies. He works closely with clients — and his team — to identify key messages and central themes, map communications creation, and strategic release to maximize return on investment.

CONNIE OZAN Co-Founder & Chief Brand Officer Connie leads the firm’s design product and acts as idea generator, quality control, and mentor to the firm’s ever-growing team of design professionals.

Connie is the creator of more than 200 successful and award-winning brand, identity, and collateral campaigns for a wide range of clients. Her work has been recognized for excellence by local, regional and national organizations, and has been featured in international design annuals such as AIGA 365.

CHARLENE COUGHLIN President As President at TWIST, Charlene oversees all agency operations, as well as the account services department. With almost 15 years of experience in both agency and non-profit settings, Charlene brings organizational and financial oversight to each account within the agency. She began her career in non-profit development, marketing and public relations, developing organizational and communication skills that easily transferred into account management on the agency side. She’s worked with both B2C and B2B clients, uncovering solutions, managing budgets and timelines, serving as a liaison between creative teams and clients, and developing strong relationships with clients and on behalf of clients.

STEFANIE D’ANGELO Director of Operations Stefanie joined TWIST Creative as Operations Manager, bringing with her more than 17 years of administrative experience at an international law firm where she collaborated with executive-level professionals and their clients.

Stefanie’s responsibilities include client communication, project scheduling and management, internal organization, and vendor relations. During her time at TWIST, she has become crucial in maintaining client relations, introducing new systems to the organization, and streamlining account management that enables the internal team to efficiently and effectively meet our clients’ goals.

Dairy Free Co. Brand Re-launch, Identity and Packaging by TWIST

The TWIST strategy team identified “lessertarians” as our core target audience. A group of health conscious consumers, who were not devoted to a particular diet, but sought to have “less” of ingredients that they deemed to have negative health effects.

Spread Happiness.

Pure Foods is an innovator in the specialty food movement focused on providing better for you substitutes in consumers’ favorite categories. The company had recently acquired a locally distributed, small batch product line named Red Lotus which offered six remarkable tasting dairy product alternatives to spreads, cheeses, topping and dips. Together with Pure Foods, TWIST built a brand platform that would provide support for the current line but also allow for room for expansion of product lines.
