Winsey has been named to the list of Top 20 Realtors Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors, the Greater Houston Builders Association Million Dollar Circle and one of the top RE/MAX of Texas teams, among other accolades. Winsey's companies have achieved nearly $180 million in sales in 2019 and over $350 million since opening in 2016. She operates one the top 5 RE/MAX offices in located League City and the number one office located in Richmond TX. Prior to opening her RE/MAX location, she owned and operated a Boutique office with her and her husband Patrick for over 10 years. Her career production is well over $75M in both Residential and Commercial Sales. Prior to starting a career in real estate, Winsey previously owned and operated several entities in the technology, retail and hospitality industries. In addition to being a business owner, her track record of success also includes a corporate career, where she enjoyed senior roles in Technology at some of the largest companies in the world. Winsey has served as an advisory board member for several committees for the Houston and Texas Association of Realtors. She is a Trustee for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee and chairperson of the Fort Bend Political Affairs Advisory Leadership and among other leadership roles. Outside of work, Winsey is the author of the book, The ABCs of BPOs, which guides real estate agents on creating cash flow for their real estate business using Broker Priced Opinions. She enjoys giving back to the community and often serves as a mentor and coach to others, Winsey graduated from the University of Houston, where she studied information systems and marketing. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her partner and husband Patrick and their two sons.
