Spotlight on Branches
RIBBON CUTTING

Eric Matthews Branch Owner — Alvarado, TX
Here is a photo of my Grand Opening/ Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony that took place on August 6, 2019. The walk-in traffic at my office is wonderful. Since my agency is located in a small country town — the customers prefer to come in and conduct face-to-face transactions which increases my cross-sale opportunities.

Kari Wadsworth Branch Owner — Bentonville, AR
TWFG Insurance has made its way into the great state of Arkansas with The Kari Wadsworth Agency, who held its ribboncutting ceremony on October 3, 2019, with The Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce! I provided food and did a drawing for a giveaway package that included items from other local businesses that participated as well. I am excited to be paving the way in NWA and am ready to serve this community and state well, showing folks just what the TWFG Insurance difference is!
Americas Award for James Dunn III
Stephen Lovecchio Branch Owner — LA

James Dunn III (in the blue shirt)
Here is a picture showing James Dunn III in our Slidell office, who was the number one agent in the State of Louisiana for new business with Americas Insurance for 2018. Our agency currently has over 3 million in premium, and Americas has a little over 24 million in total premium, so our agency accounts for 12% of their gross premium. We are their biggest agency by far, and they are our largest property market as well.
Golfing with a Goal
Mark Glaug Branch Owner - The Woodlands, TX

Brandon Mangum, Jeff Howard, Kent Hineman and I were incredibly proud to participate in the 2019 Texas Marine Medal of Honor Memorial Golf Tournament in The Woodlands, TX, this past September.
The tournament featured many exciting highlights like hole-in-one prizes; a “closest to the pin” prize weekend at a Benchmark Resort; an appearance by five-time World Long Drive Finalist, Glenn Wilson Jr.; and Esprit de Corps with Marines and other patriots.
Though we didn’t win, we, along with TWFG Home Office, were thrilled to help raise funds to honor our United States Marines and their families. The event raised $65,000 which will be donated to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and Combined Arms Montgomery County. The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is the nation’s oldest and largest provider of need-based scholarships for military children. Since their founding in 1962, the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation has awarded over 40,000 scholarships totaling over $135 million for military children in need. To learn more about their mission and commitment to our veterans’ families, visit their website at www.mcsf.org.
The event’s second beneficiary, Combined Arms, is a great organization that provides support to military veterans and their families as they transition to civilian life. The organization hosts community events for veterans; provides important wellness, education and career services; and even assists veterans who are looking to start their own business. More information about Combined Arms can be found at www.combinedarms.us.
Commitment to Community
Giving Back to Veterans
Natania & Darren Monteith Branch Owners — FL

Blake Torres
For the seventh year we have partnered with Progressive to give back to two of our much-deserved veterans. This year it was Blake Torres, who has an 8-month-old son and cannot find a job due to PTSD. They have no food, and their car was repossessed so he couldn’t continue with Uber to feed his family. He was given a car from Progressive, and we donated gas for a month.

Matthew Feehan
Matthew Feehan has a six kids and had to quit his job because getting them to school via Uber and then trying to Uber to Miami for his Department of Justice job was not possible. He was also given a car from Progressive, and we donated gas for a month.
Mud Dawg Run

John Sparks Branch Owner — Huffman, TX
The Mud Dawg Run was held June 22, 2019 in Humble , TX, to benefit the ministries of New Covenant Church. Over 20 obstacles, terrain changes and mud came together over 26 acres to challenge your resolve, strength and endurance.
With divisions from “experienced athlete” to 12 and under “beginner” races, there was fun for all.
Sparks Insurance sponsored the “cleaning station” where several hundred runners were able to clean the mud and sweat after their race and regroup with their teams and share the experience, while watching others finish the race!
Thanksgiving Food Drive

Marilyn Caldwell and volunteers
Marilyn Caldwell Branch Owner — TX
HUGE ”Thank you“ to everyone who helped support us with this year’s Thanksgiving food drive. We were able to donate almost 500 pounds of food! We want to especially thank the Sadlers who kindly brought us a trunkful.
Community Sponsorships

Breast Cancer Awareness Booth
Bobby Counts Branch Owner — TX
Our branch was excited to partner with the Beaumont Board of Realtors to sponsor lunch for local realtors during their continuing education classes.
This vital networking opportunity allowed us to speak with multiple agents about the insurance needs of their home buyers and sellers, and the importance of things like flood insurance in flood-prone zones of the Greater Houston area.
This October we were so excited to sponsor a booth at the Southeast Women’s Conference for breast cancer awareness. The booth was a great opportunity to not only support the amazing cause of breast cancer awareness, but to also network with other charities and businesses in the area who are working to give back.
Customer Appreciation Casino Night
Marilyn Randazzo Branch Owner — TX

Marilyn Randazzo and clients at their Customer Appreciation event
Each year we have a customer appreciation event and just had our second Annual Customer Appreciation party. Each event is themed, and this year the team took it to the next level by hosting a casino night. After 18 months, the team has grown from a small office to a new office with more staff. We wanted to thank our clients for the continued support and let them see the new location.

TWFG Randazzo Insurance office location #3
All the employees dressed up as dealers and hostesses for the evening. Our staff did such a great job that customers thought they were real dealers.
Two members of the team spent 18 hours smoking briskets, chicken and all the BBQ classics. You can’t have casino night without prizes! On top of raffle prizes every 30 minutes, the high roller of the night walked away with a brand-new TV.
Our team is so blessed and thankful for all of our clients along with the growing team of agents and customer service experts.
