Year of the New
Krysta Jones Marketing Coordinator/Content Writer
As insurance professionals, we like to think we are always prepared, especially when it comes to the unforeseen. The first half of 2020, however, has provided a genuine test of that conviction. Since its entry into the United States in January of this year, Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 has vastly changed our country’s cultural landscape. With widespread stay-at-home orders, increased public health initiatives, and social distancing encouraged, the way we did just about everything before COVID-19 had to change. Every industry has fought their own battles, but this pandemic has given way to a few universal problems, including the need for adaptation and innovation, along with an increased demand for technological solutions and new ways to collaborate. Though these challenges have been tough to overcome, companies that have looked at their structures and found creative ways to make
them work in our new normal have found their way forward. From book acquisitions and new hires to health initiatives and community outreach, TWFG is one of the many companies that have embraced and learned from the rapid changes that this unprecedented pandemic has created.
New Growth While the unexpected changes of the pandemic shuttered much of the country and even permanently closed the doors of many businesses, TWFG experienced a unique result; growth. I recently sat down with Gordy to see how TWFG has managed to succeed during such uncertain times. “We had good momentum coming from 2019 into the first quarter of 2020, a lot of activity. Fortunately, that has allowed most of our offices to have continued growth,” said Gordy, who attributed TWFG’s continued growth to a mixture of momentum and adaptability. 2019’s momentum lead to two valuable acquisitions early in 2020. In April of this year, TWFG acquired Panoptic Insurance, a Texasbased national independent insurance agency that provides comprehensive insurance products and services. “This is an exciting opportunity for us. This acquisition increases the value we can deliver to our agency partners, strengthens our well-defined business model, and adds thousands of customers to the TWFG family,” said Gordy. That momentum continued with Twico’s completion of a renewal rights agreement with Florida’s Gulfstream Property & Casualty Insurance Co. to acquire Gulfstream’s book of homeowners business in Texas. This agreement resulted in approximately $4 million of gross written premium moving to Twico. As part of this deal, former Gulfstream policies up for renewal from June of this year and beyond will have the option of renewing with Twico. This agreement increases Twico’s reach throughout Texas and gives more families the peace-of-mind they need and the comprehensive coverage they deserve. 04
While keeping our momentum going has been vital to TWFG’s perseverance throughout this pandemic, equally as important were the adaptations TWFG has been able to implement. When the pandemic began, Gordy and the leadership team here at the Home Office were quick to take action and prepare us for any eventuality, which meant investing in new technology. TWFG quickly readied a mobile workforce by investing in laptops and other mobile technology to allow our operations to continue as normally as possible, even from home. Using Microsoft Teams, we were able to maintain effective communication throughout all the departments while keeping everyone safe and socially distanced. Thanks to Kimberly Kinkaid and Tyler Noble, we were even able to continue onboarding agents and branch owners. They worked to create a digital training manual and web-based delivery of our onboarding class to give our newest family members the vital information they need without sacrificing safety. As COVID-19 continues to present new and unique challenges, TWFG will continue to adapt and thrive. With new positions being filled, new technologies being implemented, and the safety of our family members always being held as our first priority, there is no doubt we will come out of this pandemic stronger than ever.

Welcome to TWFG!
Krysta Jones Marketing Coordinator/Content Writer
New People This year, possibly more than ever before, businesses have embraced the need for new ideas and fresh perspectives. Here at TWFG, the new talent we have been able to find, even in the midst of a global pandemic, has proven vital to our company’s growth and adaptation. Here at the Home Office, we’ve filled many vital roles and even implement new ones, like our Agency Contact Representatives or ACRs. Our ACRs work closely with agents to ensure their clients
are completely covered. We also onboarded several new Branch Owners from across the country this year, thanks to the successful implementation of our new digital training class! “We think that by onboarding these key roles and looking forward, these folks will be impacting 2020 growth and 2021 initiatives,” said Gordy when addressing all of the new talent that has come to TWFG. From new branches to new hires, and even a few new babies, check out all of our latest additions below!

New Procedures
Krysta Jones Marketing Coordinator/Content Writer
Throughout the COVID pandemic, we have continuously looked for new ways to operate successfully while also protecting the health and safety of our TWFG family. It became clear early this year that for companies to effectively navigate this pandemic, they would need to shift the way they do business. Here at Home Office, the leadership team proactively began preparing for this inevitability. In March, as the pandemic began to pick up speed, each department within Home Office began to plan for what the future might bring. Each department formed what we call a Business Unit Response Team, who worked together to create plans for how they would continue operations as effectively as possible in the event of a shutdown. Home Office as a whole, as well as each business unit, began to embrace new tools and procedures like increased hygiene practices, virtual communication, and social distancing in order to make the transition to our “new normal” as seamless as possible.

TWFG began implementing increased cleaning, and hygiene practices as the science regarding COVID-19 prevention continued to develop. Our first step was to create new cleaning procedures for common areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, and break areas. As part of those new procedures, we placed cleaning charts throughout the office where team members could record when and how frequently commonly touched surfaces like door handles and appliance knobs were sprayed or wiped down with Lysol.

After ensuring our facilities were kept as clean as possible, we created signs and posters that were put up throughout the office to encourage standard hygiene practices. Common sense things like frequent handwashing and staying home when sick were encouraged, while new methods of prevention like social distancing were introduced. We also worked to find products like hand sanitizer and masks to help reduce the spread of the virus. This search led to an excellent find, personalized bottles of TWFG hand sanitizer, and branded masks that we have been able to provide to you at cost in order to give all of you the tools you need to keep yourselves and your staff healthy.
Advancing Technology While we did our best to fight the spread here at Home Office, the pandemic continued to spread around us, which eventually led to a shutdown here in Texas. Though we are considered an essential business and had the option to stay open, the leadership here at Home Office decided to cut down the amount of our staff at physically present by ninety percent to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 and to keep our team members safe. This deployment of an at-home workforce was only possible due to TWFG’s investment in technology. Gordy focused on one crucial question when it came to preparing for the changes COVID-19 would bring, “What tools and technology can we help bring to the table to help organize and continue to grow and thrive in a changing technological environment?” Microsoft Teams
08
In preparation for the possibility of a shutdown, the leadership team not only purchased laptops compatible with all of the tools needed to run this office remotely, they also invested in software like Microsoft Teams in order to keep viable communication throughout any future scenarios. As we look to the future, Gordy is still keeping technology in mind, “I’m working on some additional acquisitions; one has some technological aspects to it that will help advance our ability to operate virtually. We’re looking forward to bringing that deal in and rolling out to our branches some additional options on how to distribute insurance as people stay in a socially distanced business model.”
Adapting to Distance Our success throughout COVID-19 has really hinged upon our ability to adapt to all of these rapid changes. While the list of available remote technologies is endless, if they are not correctly implemented, they can become useless. With the use of Microsoft Teams, we were able to continue to work together, stay productive, and, even though they were digital, our “face-to-face” calls helped everyone to stay connected while socially distanced. Casey Meyers, the new manager of the Gordy Bunch Branch, who came on board in the middle of the pandemic, spoke with me over Teams about his undoubtedly unique perspective. “It was quite interesting that my first one-on-one interactions with the people here at the branch were done virtually,” said Casey as we talked about how he had to find new ways to develop relationships with his team during the pandemic.
BombBomb video from Russell Knapp
Though remote work isn’t without challenges, Casey believes that coming on board in the middle of unprecedented change gave him and his team the chance to learn together, “I think that with that change, it almost helped everybody on my team adapt quicker to the virtual aspects of working from home, and really adopt Teams, with a new manager coming on board, it was really the only way to communicate.”
Our branch owners have also found creative ways to adapt to the new distancing protocols that most states have put in place. Russell Knapp recently found a fun way to stay in touch with his clients while also keeping safety in mind. BombBomb.com is a service that builds relationships by incorporating short personalized video clips into the emails, texts, and social media posts you send out to your clients. These video clips not only break up the monotony of standard email and text communications, but also give you a chance to reach your clients on a more personal level while face-to-face meetings are not an option. As we continue to navigate COVID-19, it is clear that our new procedures, from cleaning more frequently to working from home, have brought us together and made us stronger as a whole, proving once again that TWFG will always rise to the occasion.

Working From Home As we adapted to the health and social distancing guidelines recommended by local authorities, everyone at the Home Office was happy to do their part. As the pandemic was on the rise, Gordy and the leadership team proactively reduced the percentage of team members here in the office to help curb the chance of spreading the virus. While we are slowly returning to normal and bringing people back to the office as it is safe to do so, we have retained a mobile
workforce that continues to keep our office running efficiently, while also keeping themselves and those of us here safe. As you can see from all of the pictures, our team members made the absolute best of working from home! Every team member faced their share of difficulties like working at home homeschooling children or ensuring quality internet connection but were able to continue the valuable work we do here every day without a hitch.
IT was AWESOME! — Brooke Press

I’m thrilled that we work for a company that understands the need for a mobile workforce and can send the vast majority of its employees home. There are so many unfortunate people who were and are still unable to work and provide for themselves and their families. Yet we were able to continue working and supporting our agents out there that were still working as well. It was definitely nice to be able to spend more time at home, and I’m sure my dogs appreciated it too. — Mike Walt

Whether it was the first time you saw dinosaur bones during a school field trip or watching your child’s hair stand up as they discover electricity, nearly everyone has a favorite memory of visiting their local museum. Museum exhibits can open doors to new worlds and foster a love for learning in kids and seniors alike, so when the opportunity arose to help fund a first-of-itskind museum, TWFG was excited to get involved. The United States Coast Guard was founded in 1790 when the first United States Congress authorized the construction of ten vessels to prevent smuggling and enforce federal trade and tariff laws. Initially known as the Revenue Cutter Service, the Coast Guard began their service as the first protectors of our seas. As the nation continued to grow throughout the next two hundred years, so did the Coast Guard, taking on a wide variety of new responsibilities. In 1915, Congress merged the Revenue Cutter Service and the Life-Saving Service, creating what we know today as the United States Coast Guard. The nation now had a single maritime branch dedicated to saving lives at sea and enforcing our maritime laws. With eleven core missions to focus on, members of the U.S. Coast Guard wear many hats. While most Americans are familiar with the image of Coast Guard helicopters rescuing those in need on the sea, many aren’t aware of the other valuable work that the Coast Guard does every day. “Most people don’t know that the Coast Guard actually intercedes more drugs than the DEA…but the DEA gets all the street cred,” joked Gordy as we talked a bit about the history of the Coast Guard. Even with all of the vast responsibilities and storied history of the U.S. Coast Guard, it remains, to this day, the only branch of the United States Armed Services without a national museum. That, however, will soon change. Throughout his years serving in the Coast Guard, Gordy learned valuable leadership and integrity skills, which were vital to his future success in the insurance industry. Gordy has continuously looked for ways to inform others of the essential services and unique experience that the Coast Guard provides. While serving as the future National Coast Guard Museum’s Capital Campaign Chairman, Gordy found the perfect way to help bring awareness to the Coast Guard mission while also remembering those who gave their lives in service to the Coast Guard. “Michelle and I chose to sponsor the National Coast Guard Museum Memorial Terrace, where we will be honoring all of the fallen over the past 230 years; enlisted, officers, axillary, and civilians. It’ll be the only place in our country where all of those are acknowledged in one spot,” said Gordy as we spoke about TWFG’s involvement in this memorial.
More renderings of National Coast Guard Museum
Originally slated to start in early 2020, construction has been pushed to later this year due to the pandemic. The 80,000-squarefoot five-story building in New London, Connecticut, is estimated to take about four years to complete. Once complete, the museum will host exhibits that give attendees an inside look at the Coast Guard operations through a STEM-based lens. These exhibits will integrate science, technology, engineering, and math into fun and engaging exhibits that will allow visitors to simulate steering a large vessel on the open ocean or flying a Sikorsky MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter to execute Hoist Rescue missions. Tara Quick (third from the left) and ladies from the Chamber of Commerce
My branch, TWFG Quick Insurance, joined the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce because we knew how vital Chambers are to the local business community and the people they serve. Shortly after joining, I became an ambassador to provide goodwill to our community at large. This opportunity has allowed me to do the things I love like meeting new people and finding quality businesses to recommend to my clients. I have also enjoyed participating in positive Chamber initiatives that support our local schools, like supporting scholarship funds. In January, I was honored to attend the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce 35th Annual Awards Gala. The “Roaring into 2020” theme was fantastic, as was the band, and the company was even better. When the awards portion began, I was stunned to hear my name called for the “Ambassador of the Year” award. I received a beautiful plaque, challenge coin and Certificate of Congressional Recognition” presented by U.S. Representative Brian Babin. My work within the Chamber wouldn’t be possible without my valued team members. The three ladies pictured with me dedicate their time and hearts to help bring every idea and event to fruition. I could not have been as active as I was this year without them. Macie Schubert, Rhonda Barker, and Ashley Wells, I value everything you do.
Kari Wadsworth’s social media ad for Best of Northwest Arkansas
Our pioneer branch owner in Arkansas, Kari Wadsworth, just celebrated her first anniversary on August 1st! After completing branch training last year, Kari hit the ground running. As our first branch in the state of Arkansas, Kari had the difficult task of creating brand recognition in an area that hadn’t heard of TWFG Kari Wadsworth Insurance, but she didn’t let that daunting job stop her. Kari consistently worked with Tyler Noble, one of our Marketing Coordinators here at Home Office, to create effective advertising and social media messaging. Her hard work paid off when she won both the 2019 The Best of Northwest Arkansas’ Bronze “Best Insurance Company” and Bronze “Best Insurance Agent” Awards. “Becoming an agency owner was a dream come true and I truly never expected to win in a category let alone in both! It was a very exciting moment, emotional and unbelievable. TWFG Insurance has given my family and I a future,” said Kari about her recent wins. Her much-deserved wins provided her the fantastic opportunity to be featured in the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette’s special Winner’s Publication, expanding her recognition throughout Northwest Arkansas. It has been quite the year for Kari, and we are so proud of her dedication to TWFG. Thank you for all of your hard work Kari, you deserve that award and so many more! 15
Happenings @ Home Office Salute to Healthcare Workers On May 6th, 2020, TWFG Insurance Home Office got to witness an extraordinary sight, the Blue Angels of the U.S. Navy. As part of their “America Strong” tour, the Blue Angels flew across Texas, starting in Dallas and following I-45 down to Houston, to salute all of the devoted healthcare professionals working on the frontlines to keep our communities safe from the COVID-19 pandemic. The doctors, nurses, and staff of The Woodlands Medical Center were able to witness the flyover while many of the local businesses and residents of The Woodlands celebrated our healthcare workers with cheers, signs and donations.

Abundant Harvest Whether it is a natural disaster like Hurricane Harvey or the recent unprecedented global pandemic, our local area is no stranger to unexpected events leading to food insecurity for many in our communities. As part of our commitment to community, TWFG Insurance is proud to have partnered with The Abundant Harvest Kitchen again this year, a local mission that works to provide meals and food pantry opportunities to local communities when they need them most. The volunteer-led mission operates by accepting donations of food or money, then uses those donations to provide 28 monthly food pantries and eight monthly community meals where they serve over 1,100 individual meals to those in need from their mobile Abundant Harvest Truck. In working with The Abundant Harvest Kitchen, Gordy explained that by giving “a donation to them, they provided food for the

Feeding the Frontline TWFG Insurance is always looking for ways to help the local community by stepping up when we are needed most. As the pandemic shutdowns began to affect local restaurants, resulting in food shortages or difficulties for those working on the front line who are often in need of quick and preprepared meals, we saw an opportunity to help. Feeding the Frontline began after Reflective Life Ministries in Montgomery County, Texas, recognized that the pandemic was creating issues for both local healthcare workers and restaurants in our area. They set out to develop an initiative that would help solve both problems.
Healthcare Workers and Feeding the Frontline
“By partnering with Feeding the Frontline, we were able to do two things simultaneously…purchase food from local restaurants and then donate it to local first responders…helping the restaurants and helping first responders,” said Gordy as he explained how our involvement is helping the local community in more ways than one. We were honored to donate those much-needed meals to our vital local hospital workers. We look forward to our continued partnership in helping our local business and frontline workers.

Breaking Strongholds Gordy and Michelle Bunch are excited to announce TWFG’s title sponsorship of the second episode of Breaking Strongholds. Breaking Strongholds is a seven-episode streaming series that focuses on tough subjects like abandonment, depression, and suicide from a faith-based lens that provides positivity and hope to those that are struggling. Breaking Strongholds is produced by Reflective Life Productions or RMP, who, according to their mission, is “a faith-based organization focused on creating impactful media resources that promote mental and spiritual wellness.” As mental health issues and suicide rates began to rise in The Woodlands, TX, home of TWFG, Gordy and Michelle searched for ways to make a positive impact on the health of our community. “Our company is TWFG; our slogan is “Our policy is caring,” and we really want to bring that into the things that we financially get behind, said Gordy when speaking with RMP Founder and CEO, Carla McDougal. “With Breaking Strongholds, we are going to be able to address teen suicide and other messages that are important to our community,” continued Gordy when asked about why he and Michelle chose to get involved.

I am a member of the Lake Highlands Exchange Club in Dallas, TX. Each year the Exchange Club chooses two sixth graders at each area elementary school for the Citizenship Award.
I’m not sure exactly what the award was but it was recognition and support for our service to our community. Many of our clients helped cut, sew and distribute masks from donated fabric during the quarantine. We ran a route every morning that dropped off and picked up the things needed to make fabric masks for our community all free of any charge. We also could delivery medicine and groceries if they were available or needed. It’s been a great service to our small community of 45,000 and it’s also given over 100 of us that volunteer the feeling that “we’re in this together”!
The School Citizenship Award recipients are chosen by the faculty and staff (in this case Lake Highlands Elementary School) and presented by a member of the Exchange Club. They are designed to award a student who daily demonstrates good citizenship both at school and home. The program seeks to recognize and encourage students who are honest, hard-working, fair, and willing to serve others.
Houston Food Bank
To give back to the community and fight the COVID-19 together, I have ordered some disposal medical masks, previously I have donated several thousand masks to Houston Food Bank, Houston police office Union, local police department and some doctors/nurses.

The 6th Grade class had a drive-through graduation on May 21, 2020 to celebrate grade promotion from Lake Highlands Elementary School to Lake Highlands Middle School. The citizenship awards were presented to Matthew Kenyon and Rowan Chrane at the celebration. 18
Now, since mandatory order wearing a mask in public and a medical mask has better protection against the virus I can donate 1,000 medical masks for the TWFG Home Office and 100200 masks for TWFG branch owners who need a waiver of liability form signed. I paid $28 per box of 50. If anyone needs more, they will pay the same price for additional masks.
We have a Facebook page and our group is SewEssential Businesses. Feel free to look! We just finished donating 750 children’s masks to area schools as we continue to stay focused on our “window mask” that was first created for all the lip readers. We have come to realize we all need to see smiles. So we are creating and making them for not only health care givers, veteran homes and nursing homes but all our teachers in all our schools also. We’ve recently teamed up with the Golden K Kiwanis and they will be cutting out masks for us weekly at our library! They’ve created a team of a dozen retired volunteers who will meet weekly and trace and cut. They too have financially supported our cause as Tina Metz with Met Life did also.

TWFG and Cyber Security
Julie Benes General Counsel
Technology touches nearly every aspect of insurance operations and has become a vital component of every successful agency. Still, dangers are lurking online that pose an ominous threat to your tech-driven business. From hacking to phishing to data breaches, the web can be dangerous, and you and your customers could be at risk. TWFG provides some valuable tools to help protect your agency from cyberattacks, but we would also like to share some tips to ensure that your systems, your data, and your customers’ trust remain unharmed.
1. Don’t Underestimate How Valuable Your Data Is No matter your agency’s size, you have an incredible amount of valuable client data that cybercriminals are hoping to access. As insurance agents, we often handle sensitive personal data regarding peoples’ homes, health, and financial status; this is precisely the type of data that cybercriminals want to steal. Every agent should recognize that you are entrusted with your clients’ valuable personal data and take responsibility for cybersecurity very seriously.
2. Be Sure Your Virus and Spyware Protection Is Up-to-Date This step may seem like a no-brainer, but just one overlooked virus can corrupt your entire system, transmit information to hackers, or even hold your clients’ data for ransom. TWFG, through eVo Agency Management Solution, provides each branch a secure environment for their customers’ data. Remember that all TWFG customer data must always be stored securely in eVo, and you should not store documents containing sensitive information on an unsecured computer or drive. You should also make sure to equip all your devices with antivirus software that is automatically updated and regularly scan your devices to ensure that there are no viruses on your system. Implement all cybersecurity upgrades as soon as they occur.
3. Offer Frequent Training to Ensure Your Employees Can Recognize Risks Proper training can help your team handle client data as safely as possible while also identifying potential problems or risks. For example, with training, we have all learned that you should never open attachments or click links within emails from senders we don’t recognize. TWFG offers comprehensive training to help educate your team so we can all remain vigilant in fighting off these unwanted attacks.
4. Protect Your Passwords and Payment Methods A stolen password could be an easy entry point into your computer systems. Make sure you use strong passwords, vary your passwords, change passwords frequently, and do not share passwords! Password safety can be especially important when processing payments. Multifactor authentication is a helpful tool to keep sensitive information out of the wrong hands.
5. Plan for the Possibility of a Data Breach, Despite Your Cyber Protection Despite your best efforts, cyberattacks can still happen, so you should remain prepared. Create a cyberattack plan now that outlines what steps you will take to rectify a cyber breach. • How will you contain the breach? • What data security experts will you call in? • How will you inform your clients, employees, carriers, vendors, and others? In the event you fall victim to a cybersecurity attack or breach, immediately report the issue to TWFG at DataSecurity@twfg.com. If you respond quickly and responsibly, an incident meant to hurt your business could build trust instead. As TWFG Insurance Agents, we work hard to earn our customer’s trust. Let’s continue to be worthy of that trust as we take seriously our obligation to safeguard their valuable personal information.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO TWFG BRANCH PERSONNEL: IF YOU HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED YOUR KNOWBE4 CYBERSECURITY TRAINING, PLEASE DO SO ASAP. 20
Twico Updates Welcome Lissette!
TWFG isn’t the only facet of our company seeing impressive growth throughout 2020. The Woodlands Insurance Company or Twico has not only weathered the pandemically successfully but is on track to have its most successful year yet! With over $2 million in Gross Written Premium (GWP) during both the month of July and the month of August, Twico has grown exponentially and shows no signs of slowing down. Our first of its kind homeowners product, which offers flood coverage from day one, has proven itself to be incredibly successful, even in times of such uncertainty. With the release of our hilarious Twico commercial, the addition of our new Twico Marketing Representative, Lissette Fonseca, and the implementation of a brand-new consumer quoting portal, Twico has grown not only in GWP but also in brand recognition and trust. Twico’s Product Manager, Chris Smith, spoke about what the recent growth of Twico means to him, saying, “it is a great feeling to be able to provide a product that our agents and customers like and want.” Chris also addressed what he is most excited about when it comes to the future of Twico, saying, “The Woodlands Insurance Company (Twico) is continuously looking for new and inventive ways to handle our clients’ ever-changing needs. I am looking forward to the day that Twico is looked upon by other carriers as a leader in Texas insurance.” To learn more about Twico, visit www.twico.com or contact lfonseca@twfg.com.
Lissette Fonseca Senior Marketing Representative Twico is very excited to introduce our new Senior Marketing Representative, Lissette Fonseca. Lissette has been in the insurance industry for the last 15 years and has gained a unique and well-rounded set of skills throughout that time. From working for a captive insurance company at a district level, managing a $20M+ independent agency to representing some of the top national insurance carriers in the industry on the sales and marketing side for commercial and personal lines. Lissette is passionate about sales and helping agents maximize their opportunities to grow their agencies. Lissette is an avid Houston sports fan, especially when it comes to the Houston Astros! Lissette also loves spending quality time with her six-year-old daughter.

2021 Convention Nearly everyone’s favorite company event is our annual TWFG National Convention. When we canceled the event to keep our TWFG family safe and healthy, naturally, we were a bit devastated. 2020 President’s Club Trip While 2020 brought an unprecedented amount of challenges when it comes to traveling, our company did see one bright spot this year, the TWFG President’s Club Trip to our nation’s capital. The President’s Club had the unique opportunity to spend President’s Day weekend of this year in Washington, D.C. On February 15th, 78 members of the TWFG President’s Club and their spouses traveled with the leadership of TWFG to D.C. to celebrate all of their hard work throughout the previous yearand-a-half. Those who attended the trip were able to tour the White House, see historical reenactments of the Revolutionary War, and even saw a hilarious comedy show. From Napa to Cabo to the Bahamas, these trips give the President’s Club members a fantastic opportunity to travel to new places and be recognized for their dedication and perseverance. As the President’s Club continues to grow, Gordy and Kelly are excited to plan more trips around the world to celebrate all of the club’s accomplishments!
