St Barths up for auction with “development opportunities” By Jo Kennett A COMMERCIAL Cabarita Beach property is being sold at auction in Sydney, with the seller’s agent highlighting the “substantial commercial and residential development opportunities” of the block. The St Barths property at Lot 34 Tweed Coast Road, is being sold by Sydney commercial property agents Cushman & Wakefield Australia, after being redeveloped to house three new businesses last year.
