(BIPOC) directors to take a well needed sabbatical to rest and restore This is the 1st year of this program and Twanda Hill & Mary Diggs Hobson have been filling in at The Central in her absence. Twanda and Mary have a 20 year history of working together in the community and have been a great fit to support the Board, Staff and members. Mary is the co-founder of African Americans Reach & Teach Health Ministry. Twanda has been a community consultant for the past 25 years. They will be here through May and then back again in August and September.

Teams will compete in 10 different events spread across both days Come support and cheer on our CASC Athletes

Awards Ceremony & BBQ

Fri, May 25 | 12:00 PM

We will be cooking on the grill for lunch, lawn games for all to enjoy and present the awards from the Senior Olympics.

Need A Ride?

The Hyde Shuttle program provides door-to-door van service for older adults (55+) and adults with disabilities throughout many communities in King County. Our friendly, specially-trained drivers transport riders to hot meal programs, medical appointments, senior centers, grocery stores and other local destinations. For those who have difficulty getting around, the service provides an opportunity to socialize and stay active within their communities Call to schedule a ride in advance Rides are free, but donations are welcome, (206) 727-6262
