In linea con il concetto “less is more”, il progetto ARCO di Giugiaro Design per TVS coniuga la purezza delle forme con la cura del dettaglio per dar vita ad un oggetto di grande rigore formale senza rinunciare all’armonia dei volumi e delle soluzioni estetiche. L’ergonomia del manigliame diventa spunto per l’esplorazione di modelli di integrazione tra il corpo e la sua naturale estensione.

Ne deriva un insieme fluido e solido al tempo stesso che esalta la piacevolezza dell’uso di uno strumento di cottura dall’aspetto ricercato e professionale, dove colori e materiali, uniti alle forme, concorrono a crearne l’unicità.

The essence of unmistakable design.

In line with the concept that “less is more”, the ARCO project by Giugiaro Design for TVS brings together clear-cut forms plus an attention to detail that has led to the creation of an item with a streamlined design that maintains all of the harmony of volume and aesthetic solutions. The ergonomics of the handles are the starting point for an exploration of the integration between the body of the pan and its natural extension. The finished effect is both fluid and solid at the same time; the perfect enhancement for the pleasure of using cooking equipment with such an elegant, professional look, where colours, materials and shapes come together to form a unique item.

Минимализм неповторимого дизайна, простота и элегантность двух линий – прямой и кривой. Следуя концепции “less is more”, проект ARCO, разработанный для TVS, Giugiaro Design удачно сочетает чистоту линий с тщательной заботой о деталях, создавая изделие строгого дизайна, не лишенного при этом гармонии объемов и разнообразия эстетических решений. Эргономия ручек служит мотивом для исследования моделей интеграции тела и его естественного продолжения. В результате слияния плавных и четких форм рождается изысканная и профессиональная кухонная посуда, формы, материалы и цветовое исполнение которой создают единое целое.

Il design

Us aspe Arco si distingue per la particolare forma circolare che si fonde con il manigliame in un tratto lineare. La collezione è caratterizzata da impugnature morbide grazie alla tecnologia del rivestimento “Soft Touch” che rende la presa ergonomica e antiscivolo.

L’interno ha un rivestimento ceramico “bianco ice” ad alto spessore, resistente agli shock termici ed alle alte temperature, ciò consente una cottura dietetica dei cibi e una diffusione uniforme del calore.

Ipid modit et fuga.

Arco stands out for its special circular shape that blends into the linear design of the handles. The collection features soft grips, thanks to the use of “Soft Touch” coating technology, which offers non-slip, ergonomic gripping. La materia

Arco e il rivestimento ceramico Il rivestimento ceramico è basato sulla tecnologia del Sol-Gel e il nome deriva dalle particelle inorganiche di ossidi di ceramica contenute all’interno.

La particolare tecnica crea sull’alluminio un film di rivestimento compatto, liscio, assolutamente non poroso e brillante (aspetto vetroso) che garantisce cotture croccanti, facile pulizia e un’esperienza del tutto nuova rispetto ai tradizionali antiaderenti. Inoltre il fondo chiaro consente un migliore controllo della cottura.

Il suo ciclo produttivo a basso impatto ambientale (temperature di cottura notevolmente inferiori ai tradizionali antiaderenti PTFE) consente un notevole risparmio energetico e quindi ridotte emissioni di CO2 (– 50%), garantendo prodotti di altissima qualità.

Il primo rivestimento ceramico prodotto in Europa, chiamato Ceramit®, è stato progettato dalla società svizzera ILAG con la collaborazione di TVS.

Arco and the ceramic coating

This coating is based on Sol-Gel technology, a name deriving from the inorganic particles of ceramic oxide it contains. The special technique creates a film of compact coating, which is smooth, totally non porous and shiny (glassy appearance) which guarantees crisp cooking results and a whole new cooking experience compared to traditional nonstick pans.

The light-coloured base also means that it is easier to check cooking.

The production cycle for ceramic has little impact on the environment (far lower baking temperatures than traditional PTFE non-stick coatings) for a significant saving in energy terms and reduced CO2 emissions (– 50%), while guaranteeing products of the highest quality.

Ceramit® is the first ceramic coating to be made in Europe by Swiss company ILAG in collaboration with TVS.

Это покрытие основано на технологии Sol-Gel, а его название происходит от входящих в его состав неорганических частиц оксидов керамики. При помощи особой технологии на алюминии формируется компактная, гладкая, совершенно непористая и блестящая пленка (стекловидная), которая обеспечивает хрустящую жарку, легкую чистку и абсолютно новые ощущения по сравнению с обычной антипригарной посудой. Кроме того, светлое дно позволяет лучший контроль за приготовлением пищи. Его производственный цикл, практически не загрязняющий окружающую среду (температуры обжига значительно ниже, чем у обычных антипригарных покрытий на основе ПТФЭ), отличается высоким энергосбережением и, соответственно, пониженными выбросами CO2 (– 50%), гарантируя при этом высокое качество продукции.

Ceramit® - первое керамическое покрытие, производимое в Европе швейцарским предприятием ILAG при содействии TVS.

Ceramic coating has the following characteristics:

1. Resistance to high temperatures (up to 450°C) and thermal shock.

2. Unbeatable for frying and ideal for crisp, golden results with very little fat.

3. Smooth-feeling surface, easy to clean, resistant to wear and extremely hard (vitreous).

4. Resistance to saline or acid (tomato) corrosion and to chemicals (detergents).

5. Suitable for use with foods and free from heavy metals.
