Preferred method: Save time - pay on your phone 1. Scan the QR code posted in the parking lots 2. Enter your ticket number (this number will register approximately 1 hour after entrance) 3. Choose method of payment 4. Scan PAID ticket when exiting the parking lot Alternatively, pay via the walk up kiosks or exit kiosk by scanning the barcode on your ticket. One of the walk up kiosks near the Ranch lot restrooms accepts cash. All other kiosks now accept Apple/Google pay and tap to pay. Do you offer incentives for carpool parking? Yes, in the Ranch parking lot only. Take a parking ticket at the red kiosk when entering the Ranch parking lot, then stop at the booth so an attendant can validate your ticket for discounted parking ($5/$10 peak season) with 3 people and free parking with 4+ people. Retain your ticket to scan the barcode when you exit for free or discounted carpool parking. Parking in the Ranch lot is free after 1:00 p.m., so there is no need for a validation if arriving at 1:00pm or later. What if I lose my ticket or my payment method doesn't work? How can I get help?
