TETON VILLAGE PARKING PASS AGREEMENT and REGULATIONS
Teton Village Parking Passes are strictly day use passes and allow the pass holder to park in designated lots without paying the daily parking fees charged to others. The passes do not allow overnight parking of any kind, parking in spaces designated for hotel guests, fire lanes, short-term parking, emergency zones or other designated no-parking zones. Blocking otherparkedvehiclesor“triple-parking”isprohibited.
Teton Village employees are discouraged from purchasing parking passes in support of the Teton Village TDM requirement that "employees who choose to drive regardless of the above incentives park at Stilson Ranch. Employees whose work schedules require arriving or departing when transit is not available to/from Stilson may be exempt from this requirement." Employees who arrive before 6 am should contact their employer to discuss eligibility for an early worker parking pass.
The Ranch Lot Season Pass allows parking within the designated "Ranch Lot" parking area. NO ONE IS GUARANTEED A PARKING SPACE WITHIN THE LOT, AND ALL PARKING IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. This means that if you arrive and the Ranch Lot is full or is deemed unusable for any reason, you will not be allowed to park in the Ranch Lot.
The All Lot Season Pass allows parking within any of the designated Teton Village parking areas. These are the Ranch Lot, the Village Lot (Base Village), the Cody Lot (Upper Village) and the Crystal Springs Lot (Mid Village). NO ONE IS GUARANTEED A PARKING SPACE WITHIN THE DESIGNATED LOTS, AND ALL PARKING IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. This means that if you arrive and all the lots are full or are deemed unusable for any reason, you will not be allowed to park in these lots.
Authorized vehicles are those which fit into one parking space. Passes will be checked upon entry to the parking lots, and no vehicles will be allowed entry to any of the lots without a valid pass in the vehicle or payment of the daily fee. Winter season parking passes are sold on a full winter season basis only. Once parking fees have been charged there will be no returns, prorated refunds, or cancellations allowed.
Passes are Non-Transferable. Season parking passes are issued to the original purchaser only and are valid only for the vehicle(s) listed on this agreement. Passes may be issued with descriptions of two vehicles, but only one of the authorized vehicles may use the pass at any particular time.
Park at Your Own Risk. Individuals parking in Teton Village do so at their own risk. Please lock your vehicle. Teton Village Association Improvement and Service District shall not be liable for any risk, or loss of, or damage to, property of individuals, including vehicles or the
contents therein, which may result from the use of parking services or facilities. No bailment is intended or created. Parking in Teton Village parking areas is by season pass or payment of a daily fee only.
CERTIFICATION With the purchase of a parking pass, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions within this contract. I hereby waive any and all claims I have or may have against Teton Village Association Improvement Service District arising from or related to my purchase and use of a Season Parking Pass. I have read the above and understand my responsibility to comply with Teton Village Association Improvement Service District’s Regulations. I understand that failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of my parking privileges.
