PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Read these Terms and Conditions Prior to Parking.
This facility provides parking only. It does not provide security to persons or property. You are responsible for your safety. Park at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or contents. By this sign, we offer space for public parking, and you accept this offer by parking on this lot. We waive all requirements of notice of acceptance.
No parking outside of stated hours. No trespassing or loitering. The property is for parking customers only. Parking violations are enforced 24 hours per day. Violators are subject to towing, booting, and violation charges at the owner ’ s expense. Failure to pay for parking in advance, underpayment, overtime, improperly displayed tickets, invalid/expired tickets, and unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles are subject to violation charges. Parking fees and violation charges not paid within 30 days from violation are in default and may be referred to a collection agency or law firm for collection.
By parking on this lot, you grant permission to Teton Village Association and its agents to obtain from the applicable state authority, the registered vehicle owner information, including the name and address of the owner of the vehicle, to collect unpaid parking and violation fees
If these terms are unacceptable to you, you may leave the facility within 10 minutes of entering at no charge.
Plate recognition and enforcement cameras are in operation. By parking here, you consent to receive SMS text messages, emails, and other forms of written communication for enforcement purposes.
