Naturns beheimatet die kleine Prokuluskirche in der sich die ältesten Fresken im deutschen Sprachraum befinden. Das dazugehörende Museum lässt nicht nur 1.500 Jahre Geschichte lebendig werden, sondern erzählt auch von den Schrecken der Pest. Die 2015 eröffnete Aussichtsplattform bei der Seilbahn Unterstell gilt mit ihrer sagenhaften Aussicht als eines der Highlights im Meraner Land. Auch Schloss Juval, die Sommerresidenz von Reinhold Messner, hinterlässt bei den Besuchern bleibende Eindrücke. Naturns hat also auch Kulturell einiges zu bieten!

A Naturno si trova la piccola chiesa di San Procolo, che ospita gli affreschi più antichi del mondo di lingua tedesca. Narrating 1,500 years of history, Naturno is home to the small Prokulus Church housing the oldest frescoes in the Germanic world. The church museum also recounts the horrors of the Plague. Since it opened in 2015, the fabulous views from the viewing platform at the Unterstell Cable Car station are one of the attractions in the Merano holiday region. Mela

Naturno, paese dal clima secco e non troppo caldo, caratterizzato da notti fresche e „viziato“ dal sole, è l’ambiente ideale per la crescita delle mele. La mela, qui a Naturno, viene reinterpretata in tutte le sue più deliziose varianti: dai prodotti grezzi ai dolci come le frittelle di mele o il famoso strudel di mele. Il 29/06/2023 come ogni anno, si svolgerà la festa delle mele dei Giovani Agricoltori.

Speck

La produzione dello speck dell'Alto Adige avviene secondo le antiche tradizioni contadine: ciò che conferisce al prodotto un sapore unico è il fatto che viene leggermente affumicato e stagionato all'aria fresca di montagna. Naturno e dintorni, grazie al clima mite e secco, sono ambienti ideali per la produzione dello speck. Esiste anche una tecnica di taglio speciale per lo speck, lo sapevi? Törggelen mit Kastanien

Was ist eigentlich „Törggelen“?

Der Begriff stammt von der Torggl, einer Traubenpresse, ab.

Der Herbstbrauch des Törggelens hat in Südtirol eine jahrhundertelange Tradition. Nach der erfolgreichen Ernte im Herbst trafen sich die Bauern der Gegend und feierten mit neuem Wein und Kastanien. Bis heute gilt das Törggelen als Ausdruck für Geselligkeit und Lebensfreude. Besuchen Sie am 08.10.2023 das Naturnser Törggelefest oder einen der Törggele-Nachmittage jeden Mittwoch im Oktober.

Wein/Riesling

Nicht nur Menschen schätzen das milde Klima, sondern auch die wettersensiblen Weintrauben. In Naturns hat der Weinanbau eine lange Tradition. Besonders bekannt ist Naturns für seinen Riesling, der als einer der besten südlich der Alpen gilt. Jedes Jahr feiert Naturns während der „Rieslingtage“ die wohl faszinierendste Weissweinsorte der Welt. Als Highlight gilt der nationale Rieslingwettbewerb mit der Gold Prämierung. Törggelen con castagne Che cos'è il "Törggelen"?

Il termine deriva da „Torggl“, torchio per l’uva.

Il Törggelen, in Alto Adige, ha una tradizione secolare. Dopo il successo del raccolto autunnale, i contadini della zona si riunivano e festeggiavano con castagne e vino novello. Ancora oggi, il Törggelen è sinonimo di convivialità e gioia di vivere.

L' 08/10/2023 partecipa alla Festa del Törggelen a Naturno o ad uno dei pomeriggi Törggele che si svolgono tutti i mercoledì di ottobre.

Vino/Riesling

A Naturno la viticoltura ha una lunga tradizione. Infatti, così come le persone, anche le uve, che possono essere flagellate dal maltempo, apprezzano il clima mite del luogo. Naturno è particolarmente rinomata per il suo Riesling, considerato uno dei vini migliori a sud delle Alpi. Ogni anno durante le "Giornate del Riesling" - la varietà di vino bianco più pregiata al mondo. Il momento più atteso, però, è il Concorso nazionale del Riesling con il premio d'oro. Törggelen and Chestnuts You’ve probably heard of it, but what is the actual meaning of the “Törggelen”? The term originates from “torggl”: a grape press.

The Törggelen is one of the centuries-old rural traditions celebrated in South Tyrol. At the end of each autumn harvest, local farmers gather to celebrate their success with new wine and chestnuts. Even today, the Törggelen remains an expression of conviviality and joie de vivre. Visit the Naturno Törggele Festival on 08.10.2023, or the Törggele on Wednesday afternoons throughout October.

Riesling Wine

The backbone of its longstanding winemaking tradition, Naturno’s grape varietals react just as well to the mild climate as humans. With its success south of the Alps, Naturno Riesling is considered one of the best. During the “Riesling Days” festivities, Naturno takes centrestage, with the Riesling National Wine Producers competition as the event highlight with its gold award.
