Self-Perform Capabilities SourceBlue, Turner’s procurement and supply chain management organization, gives project teams greater control over procurement from the early stages of a project. Early involvement allows SourceBlue to anticipate potential supply chain challenges and make informed purchasing decisions before they impact the project.
Turner Self-Perform gives our teams a responsive, in-house resource built for the unique demands of renovation work. Direct control of the work allows Turner to respond quickly in the field and reduce the risk of delays or rework. This hands-on capability gives our Special Projects teams greater flexibility to keep fast-moving projects on track.
By working closely with the project team, SourceBlue helps ensure materials and equipment are procured at the right time and aligned with the needs of construction, supporting greater cost certainty and schedule reliability.

About the Project A 15,000 square foot project to relocate the existing Delta Sky Club to the New Terminal 1 at San Diego International Airport. The new club features a sophisticated hospitality environment with high-end materials and custom finishes throughout the lounge, bar, dining, and guest amenity spaces, along with commercial food service, back-of-house areas, and an outdoor Sky Deck. The work is carefully coordinated and executed within an active, secure airport environment.

About the Project The Psychiatric Health Facility is a 15,000 square foot, single-story addition to the existing Tri-City Medical Center. This ground-up project provided six private rooms and four semi-private rooms, accommodating a total of 14 beds. Additional scope includes sitework, demolition, a new parking lot with EV charging stations, and a secure, landscaped courtyard.

Sharp 8010 Frost St. Clinic Renovation San Diego, CA
About the Project This project includes renovation of Level Six of the Frost Street Medical Office Building to create a multidisciplinary clinic, infusion clinic, and mixing pharmacy. The program features 10 exam rooms on the northeast side, a 12-bay infusion area along the west side, and a pharmacy on the south end with both hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding rooms. The work requires careful coordination with adjacent tenants, as the floor below remains an active medical office.
