DATE DE ALTA EN SEGOVIA DEBICIO Para poder utilizar el sistema de préstamo de bicicletas es imprescindible darse de alta en cualquiera de las oficinas de Turismo de Segovia presentando el DNI.

REGISTER IN SEGOVIA DEBICIO In order to use the lending bycicles service it's needed to register on the offices of Turismo de Segovia by showing an identity card.

¿QUIÉNES PUEDEN SER USUARIOS? Todos los residentes, visitantes o turistas mayores de 18 años y los menores a partir de 14 años, acompañados de sus padres o tutores, que paguen las tarifas correspondientes y que dispongan de teléfono móvil.

WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE? All the residents, visitors or tourists over 18 years old, and also minors from 14 years old accompained by their parents or tutors, who pay the fares and have a mobile phone at their disposal.

RETIRADA Y DEVOLUCIÓN DE BICICLETAS Para la recogida de una bicicleta de cualquier aparcamiento expendedor, se puede acceder a https://clientes.domoblue.es/onrollMovil/index.php y seguir las instrucciones o se puede enviar un SMS desde el teléfono móvil del usuario indicado en la solicitud de alta al número de teléfono 600 124 125. con el siguiente formato en el mensaje.

Coger b+nº de bici c+nº de candado se+código secreto.

Ejemplo: Coger b20 c103 se1532 Deben dejarse los espacios en blanco según se indica en el ejemplo.

En caso de utilizar números de móvil extranjeros es necesario marcar +34 antes del número de teléfono. Es decir, enviar el mensaje +34600124125 La bicicleta seleccionada, identificada con un número quedará liberada del candado y podrá ser utilizada hasta su devolución en cualquier punto del sistema que disponga de plaza libre para el depósito de la bicicleta.

Para la devolución de la bicicleta en los expendedores, se deberá anclar la bicicleta en un candado. El usuario deberá escuchar el sonido del anclaje de la bicicleta en el candado.

Tanto en el caso de la recogida como la devolución de la bicicleta, el sistema de control notificará la existencia de alguna anomalía al usuario.

INCIDENCIAS En caso de ocurrir un incidente que afecte a las condiciones mecánicas de las bicicletas, el usuario deberá comunicarse inmediatamente con el centro de control en el teléfono 921 46 67 21

CONTINGENCIES In case of accident that affects the mechanical conditions of the bycicle, the user must communicate immediately with the Control Center calling 921 46 67 21

COMO ACTUAR EN EL CASO DE HURTO O ROBO DE BICICLETA  Formular una denuncia ante el Cuerpo Nacional de Policía  Comunicarlo antes de las 19:00 horas en las oficinas

municipales del servicio de Alta de usuarios o en las dependencias de la Policía Local, acompañado de la copia de dicha denuncia  Contactar con el centro de control 00 34 921 46 67 21  En caso de no presentación de denuncia se considerará

inhabilitación indefinida en el sistema de préstamo y el usuario abonará 300€ por la bicicleta, si es una bicicleta ordinaria y 1500€ si es una bicicleta con sistema de ayuda al pedaleo

The selected bycicle is identified by its number and will be unlocked from the padlock, being useful until its returning to any system point which has a free spot for a bycicle.

For bycicle’s returning, you should lock the vehicle in a padlock.

The user must pay atention until the closing noise is heard.

the inhabilitation for life in the lending service, and the obligation of paying 300€ for the bycicle (if it’s an ordinary vehicle) or 1500€ (if it’s a bycicle with pedal helping system)
