Ingredients

Apple Spice Margarita

8 cups apple cider 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup triple sec 2 cups water 3¼ cup gold tequila 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Optional Garnish 1 lime wedge 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar ½ tsp salt One anise star per drink One cinnamon stick per drink

Directions 1. Add apple cider, lemon juice, triple sec, water, tequila and 1 tsp. cinnamon to the 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher, stir to combine. 2. Refrigerate up to 2-4 hours. 3. On a small plate, use a fork to blend the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Run a wedge of lime around the top of each 16 oz. Clearly Elegant Tumbler, then turn the glass down at a 45-degree angle and roll the top of the glass through the cinnamon, sugar and salt blend. 4. Fill 16 oz. Clearly Elegant Tumbler with ice, pour Apple Spice Margarita over ice. Add anise star and cinnamon stick, if desired. 5. You can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

C herry Lime Water

35 cherries, frozen or fresh, pitted and cut in half ½ lime, thinly sliced 1½ qt. water

Directions 1. Add cherries and lime slices to the infuser cone of the 2 Qt. Pitcher. If you have left over fruit, save for placing in your glass. 2. Fill pitcher with 1½ qt. water. Attach infuser cone to pitcher top. 3. Refrigerate up to 2-4 hours. 4. Serve cold or at room temperature. You can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Cucumber Gin & Tonic

1 large cucumber, sliced and divided 1½ cups gin 1 liter tonic water, chilled Ice

Directions 1. Muddle the ¾ of cucumbers in the 2 Qt. Pitcher. 2. Add the gin and tonic water, stir. 3. Serve in ice-filled glasses with other ¼ of cucumber slices.

3” piece ginger, peeled and sliced 2 lemons, sliced 1 cucumber sliced

Directions 1. Add ginger slices, lemon slices and cucumber slices to the infuser cone of the 2 Qt. Pitcher. If you have left over fruit or herbs, save for placing in your glass. 2. Fill pitcher with 1½ qt. water. Attach infuser cone to pitcher top. 3. Refrigerate up to 2-4 hours. 4. Serve cold or at room temperature. You can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Hibiscus Cooler

2 qt. water 2 cups hibiscus flowers 3 cups apple juice 4 cups water ½ cup honey

Directions 1. In a Chef Series II 2.6 Qt. Saucepan heat water and add hibiscus flowers. Bring to a boil and let steep for 5-7 minutes or until water is a deep red color. Let cool. 2. Transfer hibiscus tea to 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher and add all remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine. 3. Serve over ice.

Horchata de Arroz

6 cups hot water 4 cups white rice 13½ oz. coconut milk 15 oz. cream of coconut 7 cups cold water 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions 1. Add hot water and rice to medium bowl and set aside until water has cooled. 2. In SuperSonic Extra with blade attachment, blend together water and rice, 2 cups at a time, and strain into the 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher until all rice and water have been blended together. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Serve over ice.

Lemon Berry Rosemary

16 raspberries, fresh, cut in half 6 lemon slices, quartered 2 sprigs rosemary 1½ qt. water

Water

Directions 1. Add raspberries, lemon slices and roasemary to the infuser cone of the 2 Qt. Pitcher. If you have left over fruit, save for placing in your glass. 2. Fill pitcher with 1½ qt. water. Attach infuser cone to pitcher top. 3. Refrigerate up to 2-4 hours. 4. Serve cold or at room temperature. You can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

P ineapple Sangria

1 (25-oz.) bottle of moscato wine 2 cups pineapple juice 1 cup orange juice 20 oz. lemon lime soda 1 lemon, sliced 1 lime sliced

Directions 1. Place all ingredients in 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher and stir well to combine. Add sliced citrus and let infuse for at least 2 hours. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. 2. When ready to serve, pour into glasses filled with ice.

Spanish Sangria

2 bottles Spanish red wine (Rioja wine is most popular) ½ cup brandy 2 oranges, one juiced and one diced 1 green apple, diced 1 lemon, diced 1 cinnamon stick Optional sweetener: simple syrup* or maple syrup )ptional bubbles: lemon-lime soda, ginger ale or sparkling water

Directions 1. Add the wine, brandy, orange juice, diced orange, diced apple, diced lemon and cinnamon stick to the 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher. Stir to combine. 2. Taste and add in a few tablespoons of sweetener, if desired. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. 4. Serve the sangria over ice, topping off each glass with a splash of bubbly soda (or sparkling water) if desired.

*Simple Syrup: To make simple syrup, just combine equal parts sugar (or honey) with water in a Chef Series II Saucepan over low heat, until the sugar (or honey) has dissolved. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate in a sealed container until ready to use.

Sparkling Raspberry Ginger Beer

1½ cups bourbon 3 (12-oz.) bottles non-alcoholic ginger beer, chilled 1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries (2 cups) Ice

Directions 1. Add the bourbon, ginger beer and raspberries to the 2 Qt. Pitcher. Stir to combine. 2. Serve over ice.

Spiced Apple Mocktail

5 cups apple juice 4 cinnamon sticks 3 whole cloves Pinch ground nutmeg 3-4 cups club soda

Serving 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon Dehydrated apple slices Cinnamon sticks

Directions 1. Add apple juice to the Clearly Elegant Pitcher. 2. Add cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Place in refrigerator to infuse up to 24 hours. 3. To Serve: Combine sugar and cinnamon together then pour onto a plate. Fill a small bowl with water and dip the rim of the 16 oz. Clearly Elegant Tumbler into the water, then dip into cinnamon sugar. Repeat with remaining tumblers. 4. Fill the 16 oz. Clearly Elegant Tumblers with ice, then fill half way with juice, and fill the remaining way with club soda. 5. Garnish as desired.

Strawberry Jalapeno Lemonade

18 oz. seedless strawberry jam 2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed 3 qt. water 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds and ribs removed, cut into 4 pieces

Directions 1. Add jam to a microwave-safe container and heat up for 30 seconds or until warm. 2. Transfer jam to 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Serve over ice.

Strawberry Mint Water

2 cups strawberries, sliced 2 lemons, sliced 6-8 mint leaves 1½ qt. water

Directions 1. Add strawberry slices, lemon slices and mint leaves to the infuser cone of the 2 Qt. Pitcher. If you have left over fruit or herbs, save for placing in your glass. 2. Fill pitcher with 1½ qt. water. Attach infuser cone to pitcher top. 3. Refrigerate up to 2-4 hours. 4. Serve cold or at room temperature. You can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Twisted Worm Cocktail

1 cup cranberry juice 1 cup orange juice Splash grenadine syrup 1 granny smith apple, stem removed 3 cups spiced rum or ginger ale

Directions 1. Slice off the top and bottom of apple, place in the handy spiralizer and twist to spiralize. Cut spirals to your desired length. 2. Add juices, syrup and apples the 2 Qt. Pitcher. 3. Just before serving add rum or ginger ale.

W hite Sangria

3 cups fresh berries 1 large peach, sliced 1 large lime, sliced 1 (750mL) bottle chilled white wine ½ cup fruit flavored liqueur* 1 cup chilled white grape or white peach juice

Directions 1. Add the fruit to the 1 Gallon Classic Sheer Pitcher. Add wine, liquor, and juice and stir gently until combined. 2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Choose a fruit flavored liqueur or schnapps that compliments the fruit such as peach, strawberry raspberry or orange liqueur. Adjust any liqueur to your tastes.
