Rice Maker Mini Instructions Basic Instructions 1. Put ½ cup of white rice into the Mini Rice Maker. 2. Add 1 cup of cold water. 3. Place the white separator insert on the base with the rimmed side up. 4. Place purple top cover on top and make sure it is closed securely by locking the side handles. 5. Cook in the microwave at 600W to 900W using the cooking time mentioned on the rice packaging, If required, add additional cooking time, not more than five minutes. 6. Allow cooked rice to stand for at least five minutes before serving. Fluff the rice after cooking.

Rice Maker Mini Features Cooking Guidelines • Do not exceed the quantity of ½ cup of rice. • Simply add the grains, then add the water, DO NOT fill past the maximum fill line. • Assemble the pieces as shown in the etching, with the Tupperware logo facing up on the insert and cover. • Make sure to place the separator insert on the base with the rimmed side up. • Make sure the top cover is closed securely by locking the side handles. • Use only white rice with cooking time mentioned on the rice packaging between 8 and 12 minutes. Use of the product with any other types of rice could result in scorching and damage to the product. • Rinse the rice unless otherwise stated on packaging. • Cooking time and water level vary and should be adjusted according to the grain type, microwave power settings and desired moisture. With fast cooking rice, adjust cooking time as necessary.

1 (15.75 oz.) box angel food cake mix 1 (15.75 oz.) box cake mix (any flavor) To make mug cake 3 Tbsp. of the cake mix 2 Tbsp. water Icing or whipped topping, if desired

Directions 1. Mix together cake mixes and store in an airtight Tupperware Container. 2. In the base of the Microwave Rice Maker Mini add 3 Tbsp. cake mix and 2 Tbsp. water, mix to combine, 3. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 1 minute. 4. Cool and top with whipped cream or icing of your choice or just eat it plain.

3 Tbsp. self rising flour 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar 1½ Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp. butter, softened 3 Tbsp. bananas, mashed and ripened 3 Tbsp. milk ½ tsp. vanilla extract Dash ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Sliced bananas for topping

Directions 1. In the base of the Microwave Rice Maker Mini combine, flour, sugars, butter, mashed bananas, milk, vanilla extract and 1 Tbsp. nuts. 2. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Allow to cool slightly and top with remaining nuts and sliced bananas.

½ cup basmati rice ¾ cups water Dash of salt Zest of ½ lime 1½ Tbsp. lime juice ⅓ cup cilantro, chopped

Place the purple cover on top click the handles firmly in place on either side. 3. Microwave on high power 9 minutes at 900 watts and allow standing for 4 minutes before opening. 4. Add lime and cilantro, stir to combine.

½ cup long grain rice 1 cups chicken broth 1 tbsp. onion, minced ¼ teaspoon garlic ¼ tsp. allspice ¼ tsp. turmeric ¼ tsp. curry powder Salt, pinch Pepper, pinch Directions 1. In the base of the Microwave Rice Maker Mini add all ingredients; stir to combine. 2. Place the white inner separator on top of the base with the two small handles facing up. Place the purple cover on top click the handles firmly in place on either side. 3. Microwave on high heat 5 minutes. Continue to microwave at 50% power 12-15 minutes more. Ingredients

Egg Fried Rice

½ white rice 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. frozen peas 2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper ½ green onion, chopped small pinch of mung bean sprouts small pinch of shredded purple cabbage 1 large egg 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

½ tsp. sesame oil ½ tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. five spice powder

Directions 1. In the base of the Microwave Rice Maker Mini add water, rice and vegetables; stir to combine. 2. Place the white inner separator on top of the base with the two small handles facing up. Place the purple cover on top click the handles firmly in place on either side. 3. Microwave on high power 9 minutes at 900 watts and allow standing for 4 minutes before opening. 4. In the meantime, beat the egg and mix in the seasoning (soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, and five spice powder). Pour the egg mixture into the mug, over vegetables and mix well, cover with the purple seal only. 4. Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1:30 seconds. 5. Take out of microwave, let rest for one minute, Use a fork to fluff up the rice and serve. 14

Lasagna

for One

2 lasagna sheets 1 tsp. olive oil 4 Tbsp. marinara 3 Tbsp. ricotta cheese 3 Tbsp. chopped spinach uncooked 2 oz. fresh mozzarella cut into 4 slices Fresh Basil, optional

Directions 1. Break the lasagna sheets, and place in the Microwave Rice Maker Mini. Add enough water to cover the lasagna, and add olive oil, to ensure the lasagna sheets don't stick together. 2. Microwave for about 3 minutes, or until the lasagna sheets are tender. Drain the lasagna sheets and set aside on a paper towel. In the Mini Rice Maker start layering the lasagna, first add the marina, then the broken lasagna sheets, ricotta, spinach and mozzarella and repeat for a total of 3 layers with the mozzarella on top. 3. Place in the microwave and cook for 2½ - 3 minutes or until the lasagna is heated through and the mozzarella is melted. 4. Top with fresh basil.

⅓ cup small macaroni elbow noodles uncooked ⅓ cup water ¼ cup milk, whole or 2% ½ cup finely shredded cheese

Directions 1. In the base of the Microwave Rice Maker Mini add water and pasta; stir to combine. 2. Do not cover, microwave for 2 minutes. 3. Stir the mixture. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes. At this point, you can check if all the water has been absorbed and the pasta is fully cooked. If not add 30-60 more seconds so that all the water is gone. This will ensure the sauce is not watery. 4. Stir in the milk and shredded cheese, stir and microwave for a final 30-60 seconds.

Peas & Onion Rice Salad

¾ cup water ¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt, divided ⅓ cup long-grain rice ⅓ cup frozen peas 1 green onions, chopped 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions 1. In the Microwave Rice Maker Mini add water, salt, rice and peas; stir to combine. 2. Place the white inner separator on top of the base with the two small handles facing up. Place the purple cover on top click the handles firmly in place on either side. 3. Microwave on high power 9 minutes at 900 watts and allow standing for 4 minutes before opening. 4. Add green onions and parmesan cheese stir to combine.

1 cup water ¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt, divided ⅓ cup long-grain rice 1 Tbsp. red onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, peeled ½ cup roughly chopped fresh pineapple 2 Tbsp. cup minced fresh cilantro

Directions 1. In the Microwave Mini Rice Maker Mini add water, salt and rice; stir to combine. 2. Place the white inner separator on top of the base with the two small handles facing up. Place the purple cover on top click the handles firmly in place on either side. 3. Microwave on high power 5 minutes. Continue to microwave at 50% power 10 minutes more. Remove from microwave, let stand 5 minutes. 4. Meanwhile in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with blade accessory add onion and garlic. Cover and pull cord until well minced. Add pineapple, cover and pull cord until finely chopped. 5. In a medium bowl combine rice, pineapple mixture, and cilantro. Serve warm or cold.

Directions 1. In the Microwave Rice Maker Mini combine butter and marshmallow. 2. Do not cover. 3. Microwave for 30 seconds, watch to make sure it doesn't over flow, stir to combine. 4. Stir in rice krispy cereal until well blended. 5. Eat warm or allow to cool.
