ASSOCIATION OF NUTRITION & FOODSERVICE PROFESSIONALS (ANFP) (CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER) Foodservice Management Provides instruction on sanitation procedures in food preparation areas and how to prevent foodborne illnesses. As part of the program requirements, field experience in the workplace must be supervised by a Registered Dietitian (RD) and documented by the student to demonstrate competencies.

The required textbook must be purchased online from the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) before the start of class.

Security Guard - Phase I & II Unarmed private security guards acquire skills in writing accurate field notes, responding to emergency situations, honing your observation skills, interpreting legal documents, discussing patrolling techniques, public relations, documentation tips, and investigative procedures. 100% attendance is required.

Required training criteria for Armed Security and/or Armed Private Investigator Licensing.

Instruction includes weapon nomenclature and inspection, shooting fundamentals, and safety per CLEET standards. Training will include 12 hours of classroom learning and 20 hours of on-range instruction and qualifying exercises. Successful completers will have 100% attendance, score 85% or better on written tests, pass all CLEET qualifications on-range, and pass the CLEET Phase IV testing to be eligible for making an application for licensing.

You will be required to supply all personal protective equipment, weapon, belt, holster, 3 magazines, and 400-450 rounds of NEW ammunition. Background check and fingerprints required. No weapons are allowed on campus. Class is held at TCSO Range.

The class is held in the Yellow Trailer. TCSO Range is to the east of the US Shooting Academy and the City of Tulsa Police Range.

Private Security - Phase IV (Shotgun) Prerequisite: CLEET-3337.

During the shotgun course, you will learn the six fundamentals of shooting, cruiser ready, and combat loading. You will be required to pass all practicum scenarios. 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun required.

You supply 35 Rounds 00 (Buck), 50 Rounds (Bird) Shot, and required PPE. Class is held at TCSO Range.
