HISTORY IN THE MAKING MURAL “History in the Making,” a wall painting by artist Skip Hill and located on the side of Wanda J’s Next Generation Restaurant, honors residents of the Greenwood District, known as the “Black Wall Street.” The neighborhood was destroyed in the 1921 Tulsa race massacre, but has come back to life.
