welcomes David A. Hall as a litigation attorney in the Tulsa office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including employment lawsuits, insurance-related matters, and white collar and government investigations. Prior to joining the Firm, David worked at an international law firm in Chicago where he handled matters related to executive compensation and employment, breach of contract, copyright infringement, government investigations and oversight, insurance defense and coverage, corporate shareholder disputes and derivative class actions, and force majeure provisions and guarantor obligations related to COVID-19. His pro bono practice has focused on civil rights litigation, as well as an enforcement action against the State of Illinois related to violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He received his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where he was the Articles Editor of the Northwestern Law Review. In addition, David was the President of the Native American Law Students Association.

Pittman is an experienced oil and gas attorney who primarily focuses her practice on Oklahoma Corporation Commission matters. She received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Before re-entering private practice, she spent nine years as an in-house attorney at Chesapeake Energy. She is a member and past President of the Mineral Lawyer’s Society. Marciano centers her practice on civil litigation, including bad faith disputes, torts and transportation law. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law, with highest honor. Marciano has been recognized as a Rising Star in Oklahoma by Super Lawyers. Underwood practices in the corporate services area focusing his practice on business formation, business transactions and government contracts. Prior to law school, he was a contracting officer in the U.S. Air Force. Underwood received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his M.A. from Webster University and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

It is with mixed emotions we announce that after 41 years of exemplary service, Walt Haskins will leave the firm on May 31, 2021. While it is never easy to bid farewell to a colleague, we wish Walt all the best. Effective June 1, 2021, the firm will enter a new chapter. Atkinson, Haskins, Nellis, Brittingham, Gladd & Fiasco, P.C., will become Atkinson, Brittingham, Gladd, Fiasco, Edmonds & Annis, P.C. Part of this new chapter is the addition of two new partners, Wynoka McClellan and Kristopher McVay. Ms. McClellan joined the firm in 2016, following graduation with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and has practiced in appellate work and civil litigation since that time. Mr. McVay also graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, joining the firm in 2017. Before beginning his undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University, he deployed with his reserve unit to Iraq and subsequently to Afghanistan, as a civil-military advisor. The firm will continue to center its litigation practice in the areas of defending insurance companies, corporations and those in the professional services.
