SIGN UP FOR HOUSING University Student Housing
REMINDER! Before beginning the sign-up process you must have set up your eRaider account and have your R number.
To begin the sign-up process, go to the main housing website and click on “Housing Sign-Up Information.”
You will then be directed to your main portal page, where you can click “Login” in the upper-right corner.
After logging in, the system will return to the home screen, where the “Sign Up for Housing” box can be selected.
On the Term Selection page, select "Apply" next to the term you intend to live on campus.
PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS If you qualify for any of the listed categories, please check the appropriate box. If you do not qualify, you can select "Save & Continue."
PERSONAL DETAILS Before proceeding, all sections of the Personal Details page should be reviewed and updated. A valid cell phone number must be provided to continue. Once updates are complete and your cell phone number is entered, select "Save & Continue" to move forward.
MINORS
If you are a minor, you will be directed to the “Proxy Agreement screen” before proceeding to the contract. A parent or guardian must complete the online form before you can continue. Minor students without a guardian will be required to submit additional documentation. If you are 18 or older, you will bypass this agreement and be directed to the Contract page.

HALL PREFERENCE SELECTION
The hall preference selection page allows you to list three preferred residence halls for possible placement for the upcoming academic year. For more details about residence halls and current rates, please refer to our Residence Hall Selection Guide. Please note that spring housing placements are based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred residence hall or a similar option; however, placement in a specific hall cannot be guaranteed.
DINING PLAN Click the Add button to access the dining preference drop-down menu. All students living on campus must have a dining plan.
DEPOSIT & APPLICATION FEE INFORMATION
All students are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $100 and an initial deposit of $400. If securing a suite, pod, studio, or apartment-style space, an additional deposit of $250 is required Click “Save & Continue” to proceed.
