T&T Construction Management Group provides turnkey horizontal and vertical concrete solutions for large-scale commercial construction projects. At T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. we are more than just a specialty concrete solutions provider. We started as a family-owned business built on a foundation of expertise, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence; our team of construction experts are the reason for our success. We have proudly served the local and national construction markets for over thirty years, offering turnkey horizontal and vertical concrete solutions.

How It All Started

Our story began in 1995 when brothers Jason and Billy Thomas launched T&T Construction of Central Florida from their home. Their very first job was building a mailbox. By 1997, the company had grown to 80 employees, with their mother, Linda, joining to provide seasoned leadership. The team completed its first tilt-up project in 1998, setting the stage for decades of growth and innovation.

In 2014, Jason and his wife, Rebecca, established T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. Together, they grew the business while raising four children, balancing family values with a drive for excellence. In 2022, Rebecca was named CEO and President, and Jason now serves as Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Strategic Development.

Today, T&T has reached new heights, expanded its markets, and diversified its product offerings. Our teams operate from four locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, which has earned us the trust of developers, contractors, and architects across the nation. We take great pride in being a self-performing best-in-class specialty concrete contractor, super flat floors, extended joints and jointless floors, high tolerance specialty floors, cold storage floors/structure, panels with integral thin brick, multi-story buildings, decorative concrete, and cast-in-place. Safety is our top priority

Safety is our number one priority at T&T Construction Management Group, in the field, in the office, on the road, and on every jobsite. We have developed a Best-in-Class Safety regimen which differentiates us from our peers.

We ensure our entire field staff is well trained and meets and exceeds all certification requirements. We have a goal that all field personnel have at least 10 hours of OSHA Safety Certification training and all Superintendents and Project Managers have a 30-hour OSHA Safety Certification.
