How It All Started
Our Services
Founded in 1995 by brothers Jason and Bill Thomas, T&T began humbly, operating out of their home and tackling their first project – building a mailbox. By 1998, they completed their first tilt-wall project, an experience that proved pivotal after dropping their fourth wall and breaking it. Rather than a setback, it became a cornerstone for growth, learning, and improvement. Our commitment to quality and innovation has fueled our evolution into a leader in the field. We continuously embrace emerging technologies and construction methods, enabling us to deliver advanced design and build solutions, including tilt-wall systems. Our industryleading Tilt-Up construction, high-tolerance slab-ongrade work, and innovative commercial concrete solutions are featured in diverse structures such as distribution centers, warehouses, healthcare facilities, aviation hubs, multi-family housing, educational institutions, and more. Rebecca Thomas now leads as CEO and President, with her husband, Jason, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Legacy Lead, mentoring and empowering field teams. Together, they have grown T&T into a dynamic organization, all while raising their family of four. Under their joint vision, the company has expanded into new markets, diversified its services, and strengthened its team of 350 professionals across three regions. We take pride in every project we deliver, the lasting partnerships we forge, and the meaningful contributions we make to the communities we serve. T&T has grown alongside our team and clients, building a legacy of excellence. is our top priority Safety is our number one priority at T&T Construction Management Group, in the field, in the office, on the road, and on every jobsite. We have developed a Best-in-Class Safety regimen which differentiates us from our peers. We ensure our entire field staff is well trained and meets and exceeds all certification requirements. We have a goal that all field personnel have at least 10 hours of OSHA Safety Certification training and all Superintendents and Project Managers have a 30-hour OSHA Safety Certification.
