• We recommend wearing a bathrobe and slippers for the treatments to ensure a pleasant stay at the spa. Furthermore, we recommend that you lock your valuables in your hotel room safe.
• Please plan to be at the spa 10 minutes before your treatment. Kindly inform our spa team of any postponements or cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment. In the event of cancellations at shorter notice or failure to appear, 90% of the treatment price will be charged.
