General Regulations
The wellness center is a place of tranquility and silence. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior.
Sauna Area and Sky Spa
• Entry is prohibited for those under 16 years of age.
• Access is contraindicated in cases of fever, angina, and epilepsy. Caution should be used if suffering from venous, cardiac, or blood circulation issues.
• A shower is mandatory before entering the sauna.
• Sauna use is without swimwear and slippers, only using the provided towels found in your room or suite, ensuring no body part comes into direct contact with the wood.
• Access to the Spa is permitted only with clean slippers.
Gym
• Use of equipment is allowed for individuals over 16 years old.
• Clean gym shoes must be worn.
• For hygiene, please use a towel on the equipment.
Swimming Pool
• The pool is monitored by control systems but not continuously, and its depth is 140 cm.
• It is suggested to avoid pool use within three hours after eating.
• Entry is allowed only with clean slippers.
• Before entering the water or the outdoor hydromassage, fungal foot disinfection and a shower are required.
• Entry for those under 12 years old is allowed unless they are accompanied by an adult.
• Forbidden: diving, ball games, reserving loungers, or moving them to the garden.

You can book beauty treatments directly at the Gocce di Rugiada wellness & beauty center reception by dialing 580 from your room or suite.
Late Arrivals
In case of late arrival, the treatment will be shortened to fit the remaining time, in order not to inconvenience the next guest. The full treatment price will still be charged.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment, kindly notify the Gocce di Rugiada wellness & beauty center reception at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show, the full treatment cost will be charged. If cancellation is made after the deadline, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
