FALL SEMESTER SERIES 2
FROM THE DESK OF
REV. DR. AMY E. STEELE PONDER
Luke 1:28–29 “And he came to her and said, ‘Greetings, favored one!’ But she was much perplexed by his words and pondered what sort of greeting this might be.”
C AM PU S OU TREACH Dear TSU Wesley Village, What an amazing and action-packed fourth quarter it has been! We began October with a Homecoming celebration and a Fish Fry for the record books—exceeding both our fundraising and volunteer goals. Our community truly showed up on the yard: former Wesley Foundation campus pastors, past and present board members, Wesley alumni, campus neighbors, friends, spouses, church members, and students. It was a joyfilled reminder of how deeply connected this ministry is to so many. This quarter also brought meaningful Bible study gatherings with both new and returning students, the preparation and serving of two Thanksgiving dinners, and a generous donation from Patterson Memorial United Methodist Church—including toiletries, snacks, blankets, detergent, and school supplies. Simply put, our campus ministry would not be possible without your prayers, volunteer hours, donations, and financial support.

FALL SEMESTER
As we continue through this Advent and Christmas season, you may be pondering how you might give. We invite you to consider a year-end or New Year’s gift to the TSU Wesley Foundation. In the coming year, we will launch a new worship service, and a gift of $3,500 would help support our music ministry. Perhaps your church, Sunday School class, or friend group would like to sponsor a weekly meal and join us for Friday Night Bible Study—or maybe you’d like to help by blessing the ministry with a new dishwasher! There are many ways to support this vibrant campus ministry that has been faithfully serving students since 1973. If you’d like to learn more, I welcome the opportunity to connect over a cup of coffee. I would love to share more about our work and the powerful witness of students whose lives have been shaped by this ministry. Thank you for all you do to support young adults. I look forward to the creative and faithful ways we will continue to make an impact together. Celebrating the gift of you, Yours,
Rev. Amy E. Steele, PhD Executive Director and Campus Pastor
