Ramdev declares assets, defends army remarks New Delhi/Haridwar: With his multi-million business empire coming under the scanner, yoga guru Baba Ramdev on June 9 declared his assets and vehemently defended his statement about creating a youth army to tackle any future police crackdown, even as he continued his fast against corruption for the sixth day. Ramdev's close aide Acharya Balkrishna declared that the total capital of different institutions associated with Ramdev is nearly Rs 426 crore, adding that Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust has spent Rs. 249 crore in charity and helping people during calamities. "Some people have tried to spread rumors about the trust, so we thought we will end this matter once and for all," Balkrishna told reporters. He added that the assets of the trust were under government scrutiny already as they were declared to the Income Tax department every year. Xavier medical school graduates 30 students

The hooding ceremony was done by Dr BL Stalnaker, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Dr Manuel Flores, Dean of Clinical Sciences. Diplomas to the

students were presented by Chancellor Dr. J.G. Bhat and President Ravishankar Bhooplapur. All graduates wearing black robes also took the Hippocratic Oath. Inspiration and career advice for the fresh medical graduates was given by Dr. Bhat and Ravi Bhooplapur.
