Show plays at high school Dec. 17, 18

This Christmas season, elementary and middle school students are getting more than just presents – they’re getting a fun learning experience in the world of theater. Polk County High School students are working with younger students from various elementary and middle schools throughout the county to put together the Christmas classic “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.” Directed by Donna Everett, “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” plays at the Polk County High School auditorium on Dec. 17 and 18 at 7 p.m. This heartwarming show centers on the cigar-smoking, teachercursing, rule-breaking Herdman children.
