The kitchens at ILLUM ROOFTOP are open from 10 am - 10 pm Monday-Saturday and from 11 am - 6 pm on Sundays. This means, you can order food until 10 pm MondaySaturday and enjoy the food in the restaurant as long as you like.

PALÆO – Primal Gastronomi serves food and beverages with lots of good, fresh ingredients from the essential food building blocks: meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits and nuts. At PALÆO there are no quick, processed carbohydrates in the form of e.g. grain at Palæo, which also has taken a deliberate decision of no sugar and unnecessary processing.

ROSSOPOMODORO – Neapolitan Pizza is regarded as the home of Italy’s favorite pizza.

The restaurant has taken the world by storm and has now reached Copenhagen.

Rossopomodoro introduces guests to the real Italian taste. The ingredients are imported from Naples, fresh mozzarella cheese and vegetables are flown from Italy weekly, the olive oil is carefully selected, the pizza dough rises for at least 24 hours before being baked in the large stone oven and the fresh pasta is handmade, true Italien style.

This ensures an authentic Neapolitan flavor and if you close your eyes for a moment, you can almost feel the warmth of the Italian sun. Rossopomodoro seats 100 guests.

SKAGEN FISKERESTAURANT – Danish Seafood serves traditional Danish seafood dishes, fish cakes and chilled Chablis to guests, just like at the always jam-packed fish warehouse on the harbor in Skagen in Jutland.

You will find the same personal service in Copenhagen as you know it from Skagen.

The decor in the restaurant is modern, but you will still find an area with sand on the floor and the best quality. Enjoy the delicious fresh fish on the terrace overlooking the rooftops.
