Trust Culture & Values

We believe in better

We’re proud of the incremental gains achieved everyday.

We’re here for each other

How we regard, respect and support each other is so important to us.

We are a people centred organisation who genuinely care. We want to be the best employer we can, supporting our employees to feel valued, empowered and part of the OneTrust family.

We aim to provide a positive working environment, fair terms and conditions and other discretionary perks to recognise your passion and dedication to providing a 10/10 experience for customers.

Employee Voice

We

love to learn

Open to new ideas, we try hard and fail fast in a culture of participation and trust.

We are proud to be recognised and accredited as:

• a Scottish Government Fair Work First employer;

• an Investors in People Platinum employer;

• a Disability Confident employer.

We have a well-established and effective Employee Forum. The Employee Forum is a team of accessible and passionate Employee Representatives acting as the voice of and in the best interests of all employees.

We also run regular Employee Engagement Surveys to provide employees with a formal opportunity to provide feedback to us. We really value your ideas on how we can make Trust an even greater place to work.

Flexible Working Arrangements

We pride ourselves on our truly flexible working approach for office-based roles, with both blended working and flexitime, allowing you to choose where and when you work between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

For most office-based roles, there are no set office days, you are trusted to work from the most suitable location for what’s best for the customer, the business, your team and yourself, this could be a remote location (usually home), an office or a customer site.

While we have no set office days, we have 3 great office spaces, in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Wishaw, providing the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues in person. One of these offices will be your designated contractual base. Offices are available

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with an early 3:45pm finish on a Friday.

We offer interest free loans for officebased employees to set up a suitable home office (See FP17 Employee Loans).

Office-based employees are also eligible for the Flexi-time scheme, allowing employees to build up additional hours around core office hours, to be taken back as “flexi days”, up to a maximum of 26 days per annum. As an example work pattern, this policy allows all officeemployees to work a flexible 9-day fortnight should they wish to. (See HR006 Flexi Time Policy).

Where the standard flexible working arrangements are not sufficient, where we can, we are also open to accommodating formal flexible working requests. (See HR005 Flexible Working Policy).

Fair & Competitive Pay

We are proud to pay at least the Real Living Wage to all employees. Additionally we don’t distinguish levels of pay by age; all employees are paid at the rates applicable to those over 23 and over, regardless of age.
