The Trumbull County ESC has launched a new program designed to give students onthe-job training through a partnership with the City of Niles and Mayor Steve Mientkiewcz. Students shown in the picture above are working with their instructors to

clean

up

the

grounds

around

the

Wellness

Center.

The

students

also

have
