A LETTER FROM SUPERINTENDENT KEVIN SPICHER Dear Howland Schools Families, In this publication, we are excited to share with you some updates and activities that have been occurring in our schools during the first semester. It would be an understatement to say that this has been a challenging semester for our students, families and staff. Few words, however, would be able to accurately describe the incredible ways everyone has come together to work toward the common goals of educating and supporting kids.
