I love the Crosby MBA program because it fits around my chaotic life. As a full-time marketer, business owner, parent and part-time student, I can keep all the balls in the air due to the asynchronous nature of the Crosby MBA. I have learned so much from my professors, as well as the other students who bring their diverse experiences to the table.
MASON AID
Crosby MBA
I chose the Crosby MBA program because I think it fits really well with an industrial engineering degree. In engineering, we often take classes that don’t teach us overarching business practice standards. In this program, classes like Journalism 7242 help us learn how to lead. I am getting my MBA with aspirations of leading someday, and I believe the Crosby MBA will grant me with that opportunity.
DREW BOSWELL
Crosby MBA
I selected Mizzou for its blend of affordability and flexibility, and my decision has been rewarded with the presence of exceptional professors and a cohort of remarkable peers. As a working student, I’ve found the practical application of my learning to my current job to be invaluable. The inclusion of comprehensive CPA information and guidance stands as an unparalleled bonus. In all sincerity, I cannot recommend University of Missouri and the MAcc program enough.
GINGER CRAIG Master of Accountancy
The Crosby MBA program has given me access to awardwinning faculty and flexibility as a working professional. I have the opportunity to engage in an MBA curriculum that combines a solid business foundation with courses designed to develop my integral professional skills, while customizing my MBA with a certificate in marketing analytics. My newly acquired knowledge will propel my climb in corporate America and will aid me in building my real-estate company, Around The Block Realty, LLC, which provides housing for underserved residents in the state of Missouri.
RHYANN GRAY
Crosby MBA
As I approach the end of my first few courses in the master of science in finance program, I have already begun to broaden my analytical and technical skills. I have spent the past six weeks learning how to dissect multiple SEC filings of large corporations such as Starbucks and Amazon, creating complex investment portfolios by using Morningstar and Excel, furthering my understanding of equity valuations, and understanding the complementary art of business ethics and standards.
GARRET
LEWIS Master of Science in Finance
The master of science in business program gives me the flexibility to study exactly what I want from anywhere in the world. The crossdisciplinary certificate options allow students to get a wellrounded but tailored business education. I hope to work in fashion marketing, so the digital merchandising certificate through the university’s Textile & Apparel Management Department, coupled with the core business education, give me the tools I need to start my dream career. I also love that my program is 100% online because it allows me to participate even though I moved out of Missouri. Though this is a virtual program, I don’t feel isolated because the professors work hard to create a sense of community and encourage connection in every class I take.
