

2024 Impact Report highlights results of THRC programs and initiatives
OTTAWA, ON (January 28, 2025) — Trucking HR Canada (THRC) continues to contribute to success in trucking and logistics with education, resources, data, and analysis not available anywhere else.
The organization’s 2024 Impact Report shows how THRC is helping move the needle on attracting and keeping workers from all areas of the workforce and keeping them at the top of their game. The new report was released this week and highlights the significant impact THRC is having on industry:
• The Driving Progress comprehensive labour market research analyzed the current state of trucking and logistics and critical insights shaping the sector through 2030.
• The April Women with Drive – Maintaining Our Momentum insights snapshot highlighted a strong shift to increasing participation by women in trucking and logistics.
• New tools to develop safe, well-trained drivers which have seen over 3,500 page visits.
• The Career ExpressWay program supported training for 6,110 new job entrants at 1,252 employers.
THRC is regularly sought after by policymakers, industry, and the media as a trusted, independent source of research, resources, and labour market intelligence about the trucking and logistics sector.
