A: We opened in 2014 at the Hatfield House Within one year we moved to our current location We are approaching our 9th year in business We are well established in the Troy Small Business Community Word Of mouth and social media are our best forms of advertisement
Q: How did you come up with the name for your business?
A:My husband came up with the name
Q:How many employees does your business have?
A:·We currently have 2 employees
Q:What moments/things have been most rewarding to you running this business?
A:Most rewarding are our customers and their support We have customers that have been with us since day one. We pride our business on excellent customer service and our consistent hours.
Q: What challenges have you had to face and overcome?
A: The biggest challenge was COVID and the mandated closing. However, we were able to remodel the storeduringthattime.
Q:What is something new you would like to do with your business, or start to offer more?
A: My hope is that we will continue to offer our quality lines of clothing at affordable prices. But most off all above average customer service.
