A:Mostrewardingareourcustomersandtheirsupport Wehavecustomersthathavebeenwithussince dayone.Weprideourbusinessonexcellentcustomerserviceandourconsistenthours.

Q: What challenges have you had to face and overcome?

A: The biggest challenge was COVID and the mandated closing. However, we were able to remodel the storeduringthattime.

Q:What is something new you would like to do with your business, or start to offer more?

A: My hope is that we will continue to offer our quality lines of clothing at affordable prices. But most off allaboveaveragecustomerservice.

The theme for the 2023 Troy Strawberry Festival was announced at a Kick-Off Party on February 23rd at we Love Birthday Parties. And the theme for the 2023 Troy Strawberry Festival is: Berries Rock!

Join the Troy Strawberry Festival June 3 and 4 for a rock'n good time featuring entertainment on three stages, arts and craft vendors and lot's of strawberry food delights.

We are so excited for this rock'n theme, and we can't wait to see all the ways our members get involved. If you are interested in being a sponsor for the 2023 Strawberry Festival, there are still sponsorships open.

The Chamber has a flexible meeting space in the heart of downtown Troy. Our Conference Room is available to Chamber members as an investment benefit. The room includes flexible seating to accommodate meetings of varying sizes. You are able to do a board room style, classroom style, or theatre style (seating up to 30).

Room includes:

TV with HDMI cord

Tables with wheels for room set up ease

Stackable chairs

Room Reservation Cost:

One Usage per month (up to 8 hours) included in membership investment

Additional usage during the month

$25.00 per hour (for-profit)

$15.00 per hour (non-profit)

Protect your business by making sure that all of your software and technology knowledge is up to date. Make sure your passwords are protected, and maybe think about investing in some new security. Thinking ahead can help prevent future headaches.
