Our Service and Maintenance department provides fast response times, prompt delivery of spare parts and preventive maintenance. High levels of quality and productivity are our priority. That is why we always try to keep outages to a minimum and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Our maintenance contracts are individually tailored to customer needs and the characteristics of the power plant. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance reduce the risk of sudden repairs and related outages. Not only do they increase the plant’s availability but also its lifetime. Our technicians specialized in the fields of mechanical, electrical and automation engineering examine the condition of the plant, detect anomalies and malfunctions and can give advice to the operator or machine attendant on defects and repairs as well as on spare parts and opportunities for improvement.
Outages, malfunctions or stoppages can often be remedied easily by our technical staff manning the assistance hotline. Our technicians log in to the power plant via the remote maintenance module, give instructions, intervene in regulation and control processes and make changes to the plant software. The remote maintenance system can also be retrofitted and integrated into older plants.
Through our maintenance contracts customers are guaranteed preferential treatment of their service and repair requests. Compliance with regulatory and technical safety provisions can be monitored and appropriate measures implemented through regular inspections.
