Troyer – The Company Reliability beyond tomorrow. The company founder Valentin Troyer himself recognised that only the sustainable use of local resources can ensure long-term energy supply. During his training as an electrical engineer, he already acquired extensive knowledge in the field of hydropower through private studies and ceaseless experimentations. The electromechanical workshop, which was founded in 1934, was the first step towards the industrial company of today. The basic principles however remain unchanged: ethically responsible management as a family business, untiring application from the employees and advanced technology of outstanding quality.
The eBlock® - an innovative concept for a proven technology Hydro turbines for the generation of electric energy have been known since the middle of the 19th century. Now we are introducing an innovative concept to simplify small hydropower generation: the eBlock®. Where ruggedness, reliability, unparalleled easiness in handling and a quick installation are paramount, the eBlock® is the solution. Built completely into a 20' sea container which acts as a powerhouse, the eBlock® is a fully standardized production, completely tested in our workshops and ready for installation. All you need to do is place it onto the foundation blocks, connect the penstock and the power lines and the power plant is ready to produce clean energy!

Applications The eBlock® is designed to supply remote settlings or plantations with clean and renewable electrical energy. It is designed for rough environments and stability of performance to provide you with a completely new energy source which is easier to use than a generator set. No need to refuel, no special equipment needed.
