Limpieza y mantenimiento
Cleaning & maintenance
La tarea más importante del cuidado básico, además de verificar las manchas y su eliminación, es la eliminación diaria o regular de la suciedad.
MANTENIMIENTO DIARIO
Para la limpieza y el mantenimiento básicos, las alfombras deben limpiarse regularmente. Especialmente durante las primeras semanas, las alfombras nuevas suelen soltar pelusas y deben aspirarse con más frecuencia. Recomendamos el uso de una aspiradora de alto rendimiento con una boquilla lisa y aspirar en la dirección del pelo de la alfombra.
En caso de que haya pelos sueltos, no tirar de ellos, pero cortarlos con unas tijeras para retirarlos.
Muebles pesados sobre la alfombra pueden dejar el pelo plano, lo cual es una característica normal de las alfombras.
MANCHAS
En caso de una mancha, aplicar inmediatamente papel blanco absorbente para absorber tanto como sea posible. No frotar, pero secar con presión ligera moviéndose hacia adentro para evitar esparcir la mancha. No limpiar las manchas con agua, ya que esto podría dañar la alfombra.
Si la mancha persiste, acudir a una tintorería especializada para la limpieza en seco.
EN The most important task of basic care, besides checking for stains and their removal, is the daily or regular removal of dirt.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
For basic cleaning and maintenance the rugs should be cleaned regularly. Especially during the first weeks new rugs tend to release fluff and should be vacuumed more often. We recommend the use of a high-performance vacuum cleaner with a smooth floorhead and vacuuming in the direction of the rug’s pile.
In case of loose ends, do not pull, but clip them with scissors to remove. Heavy furniture on the rug may leave the pile flat which is a normal characteristic for rugs.
STAINS
In case of a stain, immediatly dab with absorbent white paper to absorb as much as possible. Do no rub but dry with slight pressure moving inwards to avoid spreading the stain. Do not clean stains with water as this might damage the rug.
If the stain persists, take to a specialized cleaner for dry cleaning.
