The Town of Trophy Club’s Small Area Plan was a targeted planning effort created to guide future redevelopment and reinvestment along the SH 114 corridor, supporting the Town’s strategic goal of strengthening its key business areas. Led by McAdams, the process reviewed previous corridor studies, existing regulations, and current site conditions while incorporating community input gathered through surveys, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
The plan, now called The Grove at TC, has ultimately established an aspirational yet achievable vision for the corridor, including recommended land-use and site concepts, safety and mobility improvements (for drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists), streetscape enhancements, and clear guidance for implementation and potential funding strategies.
