The first law enforcement in Trophy Club was the Town Marshal’s Office. David Nolte served as the Town Marshal from Incorporation in 1985 until 1989.

Town Council voted to form the Trophy Club Police Department in 1990 and hired Don Franklin as the first Chief of Police.

 The Trophy Club Police Department is a vital part of our community.

Trophy Club Fire Department

In 1982, the Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) held an election to initiate a fire tax to fund the fire department. The election passed and the Trophy Club Fire Department was now funded by the MUD but still operated using volunteer staffing.

 John Harbin, vice-president of Beck Properties, and Trophy Club resident, drew a rough sketch of a clock tower on the back of a napkin and from there grew a vision that later became the Trophy Club Clock Tower.

 “The Trophy Club Clock Tower is a gift from the current residents to the future generations. May the spirit of unity and civic pride, which inspired this project, prevail over our city.” Joh Harbin Beck Properties

 On June 24, 1999, ground broke for the Clock Tower and on December 3, 1999, Trophy Club celebrated the completion with a dedication ceremony
