Cover and let it all simmer together for about 20 mins

Take your tortilla and dip it in the sauce bowl

Put the tortilla in the pan and sprinkle some low-fat cheese on one side and the meat on the tortilla

Close the tortilla to make a taco shape and pan fry until golden brown on each side

A: My personal journey as a female athlete working towards playing soccer in college is a story of dedication, perseverance, and countless hours of hard work.
