Triumphant: Would you please introduce yourself to our audience?

Brain "Bee Allen" Hancock: I am Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock, and I reside in Melbourne, Florida which is approximately 45 minutes from Orlando, Florida. I was born January 22, 1986 and my parents are Bennie and Denette Hancock.

I have two siblings: Bennie Hancock III and Victoria Hancock.

I grew up with a singing family and have attended church my entire life.

We are Christians: saved and sanctified by the Lord. I can recall singing at church at a relatively early age and I would lead worship services I am a worshipper and a servant for God's Kingdom, and it is my heart's desire to consistently allow my light to shine for God's glory.

Triumphant: What is the background behind your name "Bee Allen"?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: The "Bee" comes from the first initial of my first name and Allen is my middle name. A few years ago, I was contemplating establishing a unique name for myself, and a friend/cousin, Daniel "DJ Pittman" recommended that I use "Bee Allen" as a distinguished name. We both felt it would differentiate me from others, and it would fully accomplish my goal of having a name and voice that would resonate with people forever.

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: I have a personal saying of my own: Just be whomever God has created you to be.

Just be powerful; Just be strong, and Just "Bee Allen". I am striving every day to become everything God created me to be in life.

Triumphant: When did you realize God had a purpose for your life?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: I knew I could sing because of my family and I have spent enormous time singing regularly at church and home. I received several confirmations during high school, and I decided in my tenth-grade year to take chorus classes. My teacher was responsible for changing my entire perspective of music, by expanding and enlarging a new world and horizon for me. Prior to taking this class, I knew my singing could be used widely in church and I knew my voice was a gift from God to be a blessing to people. Once I took this class, I began to realize that is not just Christian music that could reach and heal people's hearts; I found out all types of music had the same affect, so I commend my chorus teacher for exposing and expanding her students' overall knowledge and appreciation of all kinds of music. It is my desire to emulate that same kind of hope and versatility with the music I provide to the people.

My next confirmation would take place during my senior year in high school when I would lead worship services and it is at that time I realized God had His hands over my life.

Triumphant: That is precisely what you are doing through your music: providing your audience with hope.

I watched one of your videos on Facebook and you led, "Great is Thy Faithfulness" and your latest single, "Shine", which can be found on several streaming platforms. You sing with such power, anointing and are responsible for reaching and healing hearts globally.

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock, there is still unlimited potential waiting to be fully manifested and unleashed inside and outside of you. I can't wait to see the spectacular future that awaits you.

Can you tell us about your latest release song, "Shine"?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: Prior to "Shine", I have worked on several projects but at that time I was beginning to feel like I was not accomplishing anything. I went to Dallas, Texas to visit my sister, while there I went Downtown, in my automobile, I sat in my car and had a sincere conversation with God. I began praying and talking to God about

various things that I had been encountering in my life, when Patrick Williams (he is a musician) texted me to check out the beats he had forwarded to me.

Prior to listening to these beats, I was talking to God about feeling like my music wasn't going anywhere. It is an awesome thing to listen to the Holy Spirit because afterwards I heard something say, "play the beats Patrick sent to you", I listened to it and said to myself, "These beats are excellent!" I proceeded to listen to it repeatedly and then I began humming strings to determine what I was going to sing with the melodies. God downloaded in my spirit, "This Little Light of Mine" and I began singing "this little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine", I found myself repeatedly singing the same words and I want you to know God's timing is everything. I can honestly and humbly say, "Shine" is one of my greatest accomplishments.

Triumphant: Can you tell us about the scripture that goes with "Shine"?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: One of my favorite scriptures comes from Matthew 5:16 which profoundly states, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven."

Triumphant: How did it feel to hear your song, "Shine" being played through Amazon, Apple Music, Spotify, iTunes, and various other streaming platforms for the first time?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: I felt like I had won a Grammy Award and it remains surreal to me today. As of today, it is one of my greatest accomplishments, and it felt magnificent to complete a project. There have been times in my life, where I left assignments incomplete because of fear, doubt, and self-sabotage;

with the "Shine" project, God gave me perseverance to not only begin this song, but the capability to complete it. God allowed this song to be a tremendous blessing to me and a blessing to everyone else that has an opportunity to listen to "Shine" My goal was to have this new single released and completed by my 35th birthday, January 22, 2021. The responses received from people was overwhelming and another confirmation of the plans the Lord has for me. Triumphant: Do you have any favorite artists you enjoy listening to as an artist yourself?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: I love the Legendary Clark Sisters and I have met a few of them. I would love to meet all of them at one time and perhaps perform with them one day. I enjoy listening to Deitrick Haddon, John Legend, and the late Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin.

Triumphant: Can you tell us about some of the churches you enjoy singing with and please take this moment to give a shout out to each of them?

Triumphant: Is there anyone else that motivates you besides your family, church, and friends?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: Just to name a few, I have played with Midnight Groove and SWAAG and they are a couple of local bands.

Triumphant: Do you have any upcoming events?

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: In 2016, I had a Christmas event called "A Classic Christmas", and this year, Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 7 pm to 10 pm, The Bee Allen Show presents a Christmas musical called "Winter Wonderland", hosted by myself, Brian Hancock & Special Guests. Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: It is show where I can showcase my talents along with other people's talent and I can authentically be myself. As you can see: I love fashion, and I am able to offer hope and encouragement. I have an opportunity to show people you can be saved and still have fun, while still maintaining a certain standard of living for God. Triumphant: I love it how you are not afraid to be different. I heard a saying one time, "dare to be different"; we thank you for daring to be different and allowing God to get the glory out of your life.

Brian "Bee Allen" Hancock: I must be honest because I have not always been that way.

People used to pick on me because I dressed and sang differently because my voice was different from singers, they were accustomed to hearing. People would attempt to embarrass me or make me feel bad about having a distinguished voice and look. God began to work on me, and He revealed to me that I just needed to "Bee Allen", which meant unapologetically being myself and allowing this little light of mine to shine everywhere I go.
