Adding and dropping classes to avoid losing money!

If you need to drop a class, please complete the process yourself. Choosing not to go to class doesn't automatically drop you, in fact it can really hurt you in the long run.

Until 4 pm on Friday of Week 1 of the quarter, you can drop registration online. If you drop before then, you will receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

IMPORTANT: If you are a student who receives financial aid, reducing your credit below 12 credits can mean that you will get less aid.

Starting on Monday of Week Two, you can only drop registration by paper form with your signature and you may only be refunded up to 50% of your tuition if you don’t add the same amount of credits back.

Beyond Week 2- Beyond the 10th day of the quarter, it becomes more difficult to drop classes and you must fill out a petition to do so. TRIO can help! If you need guidance about dropping a class- don’t hesitate to reach out to your advisor.

TRIO’s Spring 2 credit class TRIO @ Evergreen: Career and Graduate School Exploration begins Thursday, April 6th and is held from 3-5pm in Evans Hall Computer Lab, classroom 2619. TRIO Study Hall

We will continue offering the regular drop-in study sessions on Thursday from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Evans Hall Computer Lab, classroom 2612.

Tutoring With TRIO!

TRIO’s tutor coordinator, Gator can work with you to set up one to one tutoring with an Evergreen Peer Tutor. Tutoring services include

• Receiving tutoring on a language or academic subject

• Support with time management and organization skills

Graduation Procedures

Are you a graduating senior? If you plan to graduate during spring or summer quarter and would like to have your name included in the graduation program, make sure to apply to graduation by WEEK 2 of Spring quarter.
