Sacred Ground: Saturday, 2/13 at 9AM If you feel the time is right for you to use your time creatively and deepen your understanding of race and faith, we invite you to be a part of our second round of Sacred Ground. It will be offered every other Saturday morning, 9:00-10:30am, February 13 – June 19. Becky Koskinen and Karen Keune will lead us in a 10-part series built around a powerful online curriculum of documentary films and readings that focus on BIPOC histories as they intersect with European American histories. Registration closes February 7.

The 2021 Winter Convocation will be held virtually on Sunday mornings and weekday evenings at 7:00 p.m. on February 8-14. There is no charge for any of the events, but pre-registration is required. Registration is now open. Feel free to sign up for as many workshops as you like. Each weekday event will have pre-work assigned, and will last no longer than one hour. Anti-Racism Trainings Anti-Racism training is required for all individuals in elected and appointed Diocesan positions, and it is also open to all members of the Diocese.

The Commission for Racial Justice will offer this twoday training on the following dates: February 26 and 27- Zoom video conference (Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. both days) April 24 and 25 - Zoom video conference (Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. both days) The cost of the training materials is covered by the Diocese of Ohio. Vision Divina

Visio Divina: A Sanctified Art, "Again and Again" Thursdays in Lent: 7:00 PM Facilitator: Paula Davis Visio Divina, Latin for "divine seeing," is a method of meditation, reflection, and prayer through a process of intentional seeing. Visio Divina extends the 6th century Benedictine practice of Lectio Divina using visual imagery. Paula Davis will facilitate this contemplative (and interactive) exploration of sacred images. Paula will be utilizing the "Again and Again" curriculum developed for Lent 2021 by A Sanctified Art. Join this Thursday Zoom gathering HERE.

Film/Discussion Series on Faith & Race: Wednesday, 3/3 at 7PM Trinity remains committed to seeking out ways to support each other in our mutual journey to live into our baptismal promises by combating racism in ourselves and in the world around us. This gathering will be another opportunity to lean into that invitation. Beginning January 20th Lisa will host a 12-week film series curated by The Work of the People focused on the intersectionality of faith and race.

Visio Divina: A Sanctified Art, "Again and Again" Thursdays in Lent: 7:00 PM Facilitator: Paula Davis Visio Divina, Latin for "divine seeing," is a method of meditation, reflection, and prayer through a process of intentional seeing. Visio Divina extends the 6th century Benedictine practice of Lectio Divina using visual imagery. Paula Davis will facilitate this contemplative (and interactive) exploration of sacred images. Paula will be utilizing the "Again and Again" curriculum developed for Lent 2021 by A Sanctified Art. Join this Thursday Zoom gathering HERE.
