Meet Theresa Theresa Kiernan is a champion for women.

In 2013, Theresa joined the team of people building the Jersey Shore’s only all-girls high school, Trinity Hall.

She quickly became the school’s first director of advancement and admissions.

Spending 10 years in this position, Theresa strategically led all aspects of school communications, established Trinity Hall's admissions process and student pipeline, and built Trinity Hall’s institutional brand through marketing, advertising and social media.

Last January, Trinity Hall’s Board of Trustees appointed Theresa as the new Head of School.

She knew she needed to look the part.

She turned to Rent the Runway.
