UPCOMING EVENTS PRESIDENTS NOTE

As we continue to drive towards the SAFETY culture that we all want it is important that we understand how to recognize and reward our employees that go to extra mile each and every day. As you have seen, we are reviewing the safety audit reports when we receive them and send out official notifications to those that are doing great work. It's not our desire to call out those reports that are continuing to see infractions, however it is our desire to highlight the reports that are showing such great improvement. The only way to get better is to learn and strive for continuous improvement which is our number one goal.

By the way, we are seeing much better reports across the entire portfolio of projects so PLEASE keep up the great job. We are in the final stages of what our rewards program will look like, so look for an update on that soon.

Team TRINITY, In the coming weeks, we enter Fourth Quarter 2022.

As we have mentioned previously, TRINITY continues to invest in bringing the best and brightest to our team. We welcome those who have joined this year and look forward to the path ahead. TRINITY continues our efforts to grow the company and win new opportunities. Though our Marketing and Business Development teams are running full tilt, the best marketing we can do as an organization is to deliver strongly on all of our projects. TRINITY is not striving to be the biggest company in the business.

Rather, we should work to be the best in the business.

Everyone on the team plays a vital role in successful project delivery. From finding the opportunities, to assembling the winning proposal, to executing the work in the field, we all have our specific tasks and activities to complete; each link in the chain is dependent on the strength of the other, and we succeed together. While the methods have evolved greatly, the fundamentals of designing and building projects are basically the same. We start from the ground up, or with an empty shell, and we build great projects. If we all do our jobs, with excellence and passion, TRINITY will continue to grow and prosper.

We have mentioned throughout the year that TRINITY is reviewing our processes and developing SOPs and metrics on project execution. As you all know, we are focusing on the “four tenets of project management: Safety, Time, Money, and Quality”. These are the fundamentals, the basic blocking and tackling, that every project team should focus on executing. If TRINITY can master these techniques, and approaches every client, design team, and vendor with respect and professionalism, we will go a long way in achieving the goal mentioned above and be the best.

Thank you all for your hard work, and here’s hoping for a strong finish to 2022 and continued progress in the coming years. Let’s all Experience the Difference.

Tell us about your pets?

" I have 1 dog (Willie) and 1 cat (Whiskers). Willie is a 5 year old Yorkie Russell and Whiskers is a 12 year old indoor/outdoor Tabby cat. See attached. Willie is the “mouth of the south” especially when FedEx or Amazon comes to the door. And Whiskers is the local Mayor of the neighborhood keeping all critters in check."

Why did you choose a career in construction?

My father was a carpenter and and I have always admired the hard work pays off attitude.

The satisfaction of seeing the end result of something you have helped create in the end is very rewarding.

What is something about yourself (a fun fact) that people may not know?

My ancestors on the O’Donnell side had a traveling circus in Australia in the late 1800’s and performed all over the world. They were half Irish and half Australian Aboriginal and performed under the stage name “Colleano” to appear Spanish and avoid discrimination from the color of their skin.

What is one thing on your bucket list?

"One thing on my bucket list is to buy a corvette and take my wife on a long road trip across the USA." What do you like to do on your days off?

"On my days off I like to take care and play with my Husky."

What is your favorite place you have traveled (& why)?

"My favorite place I have traveled has been Barcelona. I am a huge fan of their soccer team and had the opportunity to play with their academy when I visited."

Restaurant Development + Design Awards 2022 Award Winners for Best New Prototype | Existing Concept

Black Hog BBQ Black Hog BBQ is a new fast-casual spin-off from a full-service restaurant chain of the same name based in Maryland. It invites guests to try a variety of classic American regional barbeque flavors. The design aimed to celebrate the history of barbecue in America. Worn woods, cayenne and mustard colors, and industrial lighting pay homage to the history of American barbeque halls. The judges felt the project more than met its goals and that the ambience of the space was sure to leave guests with positive feelings.
