Year 4 Blue

Term 1

On the first day of the year, I was scared until my friends came and then I met our teacher Miss Trend.

Term 2

In Term 2 the thing that I liked best was the interschool carnivals.

Term 3

In Term 3 the thing that I liked the best was making my Holy Communion

Term 4

In term 4 we get to invent our own sport and sports jumper.

At first I thought moving schools was going to be scary and it would be hard to make friends but I was wrong. A few of the highlights this year have been when we made clay fish in Art classes, all of the interschool carnivals, our Holy Communion and our excursions. The first year at Trinity has been very exciting for me.

Alexander Livings

I enjoyed my whole year at Trinity but Term 3 was the best. The best thing was our Holy Communion. Now every time I go to church I have the bread. The other highlight was the Athletics Carnival. I came fourth in my race.

Lachlan Carroll

In Term 4 we studied a really good topic: Sport, which is my favourite subject at school. We got to design a sports jersey and make up our own sports game. In Term 3 we competed in lots of carnivals. I liked the Rugby Carnival the best. My favourite thing this year was Holy Communion.

Alexander Michelon

Term 3 was a busy term. We had our First Holy Communion and two excursions in one day; one to Fremantle Prison and the other to the Maritime Museum. We also had our Sports Carnival. Campion won the carnival. Altogether, Term 3 was my favourite term.

Lachlan Broun

The first day of school was fun. We met Miss Trend our teacher. When I first saw the school I knew I would enjoy life here. All the terms were awesome! My favourite was Term 3 because we went to Fremantle Prison. The Big Walk was fun when we went with our buddies.

Our top three things for the year were:

My favourite subject this year was sport; we competed in the basketball, soccer, cricket and footy carnivals. Our topics were Australia, then Space, Pirates and Bushrangers and Sport and Leisure. I enjoyed our excursions to the Maritime Museum and Fremantle prison

When I walked into Trinity, I found it easy to make new friends I think the Sport Carnivals were good I liked receiving my First Holy Communion.

The best thing was the World of Trivia because my team won. Another good thing was the Fathers’ Day Barbeque because I got to bond with my Dad. The other good thing was when Mr Cooper came to our class and taught us all about the planets in our Solar System.

Mothers Day Mass because I was working the projector. Fathers’ Day Breakfast because there was food. Holy Communion because I got to go home early.

Swimming Carnival. It was fun because I got to do nearly all the strokes. I thought it was exciting at the Space Observatory when Mr Cooper taught us about Space. Museum/Prison, it was quiet and scary at all the cells but I was not scared at the Museum.

One of my favourite things was Art, because it allowed us to be creative. Pirates and Bushrangers day because we got to dress up. Excursions because we saw cool stuff.

I liked the Big Walk because we didn’t have to learn anything. Shaved Heads because Mr Hackett looked funny. Museum/ Prison because we launched a cannon.

Cross Country because I got into the Interschool Team. Pirates and Bushrangers Day because we did fun things. The Big Walk because we walked a long way and I liked the view.

Matthew Green

I liked the Big Walk best because I was walking with my friends. I also liked the Pirate /Bushrangers Day. It was funny when Mr Hackett’s and Mr Hamer’s heads were shaved.

Conlan Boros

It was a really great day when it was the Mothers’ Day Mass I also really liked the Fathers’ Day Breakfast because I won a bottle of wine for my Dad. Also I loved my First Holy Communion because I went to Sienna.

I enjoyed the First Holy Communion because I received the Eucharist. I enjoyed making friends and playing with them. I enjoyed going to the space Observatory.

When we had our First Holy Communion because we got to go home early. The Big Walk was very good because we were out in the fresh air. I really enjoyed making new friends.

I enjoyed competing in the Cross Country, Swimming and Athletics Carnivals and also in the Interschool sports. I liked at the end of Term 3 when we did the Big Walk, walking around the Swan River. I enjoyed going to the Fremantle Prison.

James Valentine

My Best thing was making friends. My second best thing was the Soccer Carnival. My third was surfing in the pool with Year 10 buddies. I kept on trying and stayed on four seconds. I got an excellent card for not giving up.

Liam Johnston

I liked the Space Observatory because Mr Cooper showed us different things about the Solar System. I liked the Fathers’ Day Breakfast because my Dad came and I taught him to play handball and we arrived early and helped out Mrs Wyatt.
