Ms Lissa Coleman Year 5 Blue

Term One

In Term One we went to camp, It was at Forest Edge. There were so many fun things to do there, Like climbing up a ledge. We had a huge mud fight, One group against another. We threw mud at them until, We turned upon each other.

Then we went abseiling, Climbing down a wall. Though it did seem like, We couldn’t actually fall. There were other things we did, But I can’t name them all. There were so very many that, To sleep you will fall!!!!!

Term Two

In Term Two we saw some cars that went really fast. The cars only went slow so they didn’t run into the fence. We needed earplugs so the loud cars didn’t burst our eardrums. The flames at the back of the car were really huge. Even though we were a fair distance away from the car we could still feel the heat from the flames. At the end of the term we had a party for Miss May with lollies and biscuits and other yummy things.

Term Three

Term Three was the busiest of them all but 5B seemed to change from the busiest to the funniest. Our magnificent assembly was the funny remake of Super Billy Goats Gruff and we had lots of fun and so did the audience. We also had the Athletics Carnival where Anton and Josh competed for champion boy. It was a great term!

The Whole Year

Reflecting on this year has made me realize how good it was. Everyone in 5B has had a great time. Friends are what made my year really great. Listening to Ms Coleman read Eragon has been awesome. Elections for Prefects and Head Boy were intense. And camp was very entertaining. This year has been a wonderful experience for me and I have learnt so much. Hopefully next year will be as good as this one was.

Year 5

Ms Nicole Raguseo

Year 5 Green The best day in the year was the first day of Year 5! I like Year 5 because it was my second year at Trinity and I knew a lot more people than last year. Another good thing is that I got to meet one of the nicest teachers that I’ve ever had. Also, I got to meet some of the boys that I didn’t know last year.

In 5 Green I liked doing our crepe paper fish because it was fun and I enjoyed it! I also enjoyed our first day where we got to see who our classmates were going to be for the year. My favourite part of the year was camp. I thought camp was fun because we got to go abseiling, orienteering, rock climbing, screen printing, have turns on the flying fox, canoeing and raft building. I loved this year because it was really fun!

Stuart Zekulich

This year in 5 Green we have done a lot of stuff. My personal favourite was camp. I liked it because it helped me get along with people I don’t usually play with at school. My favourite activity at camp was the abseiling because when everyone was down they all got encouraged.

Fraser Hay

This year in 5 Green was an excellent year. It was very enjoyable and fun. On the first day some were nervous, excited or annoyed at having to go back to school! One special part about Year 5 is that we got to go to camp in Waroona in Term One. We stayed for three days and two nights. We did so many fun activities. At school some other things we did were read the Specky Magee books and we had a Hating Alison Ashley fashion parade after reading the book! It was very embarrassing! This year was a very fun year.

Sheldon Russell

I think 5 Green has improved throughout the year and that all the things that we did were fantastic! The best thing that I enjoyed was when we went to camp because my team and I worked all together and encouraged one another. I also enjoyed Hating Alison Ashley because we didn’t have to write long paragraphs about it and it was very interesting to listen to and watch the movie!
