AC T I V E S E A R C H The Discernment Team will use Trinity’s professional connections and network to attract and draw in potential candidates and conduct preliminary screening calls and interviews.
S TAG E 3
C A N D I DAT E SELECTION This will involve a refinement of our candidate pool and the proposal of one or more candidates to the Council who will make the final decision.
S TAG E 4
W E L CO M E This will be the welcome and integration of our pastor. His or her first 3-6 months in the new role will be critical and will require support and grace from the whole Trinity family.
