Trinity Church Annual Meeting Minutes Sunday, March 17, 2019 The Annual Meeting was called to order at 11:32 a.m. by Council Chair Rod Bourgeois, who gave a brief overview of the agenda. Amy Mellendorf then led the congregation in prayer for the Council: Andrew Barnett, Rod Bourgeois, Mike Cunnion, Stephanie Harbour, Jill Marchak, Irene May, Barb Morris and Nicole Zasowski. Order of business: 1. Affirmation of Council Members: It was moved and seconded that the following five Council members be affirmed; each was then affirmed individually by show of hands: Jennifer Meredith, Mike Cunnion, Jill Marchak, Irene May, and Barb Morris. 2. Financial update: Rod Bourgeois gave a budget and giving update, noting totals for both in 2018 and budget estimates for 2019. 3. Mr. Bourgeois noted that there would be four Q&A stations following the meeting for anyone with questions about finance, the discernment process, the church’s multisite vision (and specifically a possible Westchester service), or general questions. The meeting ended with a prayer at 11:46 a.m.
