In consideration of £1 (which the Contributor and their Parent/Guardian acknowledge to be good, valuable and equitable consideration, and acknowledge receipt of) and the Company agreeing to the Contributor contributing to and participating in the Event, the Contributor and his/her Parent/Guardian hereby consents to the filming, recording, photography and transmission of the Contributor's contribution to and participation in the Event, the nature and the content of which has been fully explained to the Contributor and his/her Parent/Guardian, subject to the terms and conditions herein

The Parent/Guardian warrants and declares that he/she is the parent/authorised guardian (delete as appropriate) of the Contributor who is a minor under the age of 18 years and that he/she has read and is satisfied with this agreement, is satisfied that it is for the benefit of the Contributor and consents to the Contributor signing it, and the Parent/Guardian, to the extent of his/her interest in the agreement on behalf of the Contributor, hereby grants and confirms to the Company all rights granted to the Company by the Contributor hereunder.
Any personal information that we obtain about the Contributor or the Parent/Guardian will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice: wwwjamieolivercom/privacy
The Company will use this information for the following legitimate interests:
● to help identify the Contributor within the Event ; and
● to demonstrate that the Parent/Guardian has consented to the Contributor being involved in the Event ;
● to contact the Parent/Guardian (if needed) in relation to the Event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree that the copyright and all other rights, titles and interests (including rental and lending rights) in respect of my Contribution, shall belong to and are hereby assigned to the Company (by way of present assignment of present and future copyright). I agree that the Company shall have the right to exploit my Contribution (and any part of it) and all allied and ancillary rights, in any way the Company thinks fit, including to cut, edit, combine, copy, reproduce and incorporate it into, all related promotions, in all media and formats now known or hereafter invented, worldwide, for the full period of copyright, and all reversions, renewals and extensions, and so far as possible in perpetuity.
I waive all moral rights in my Contribution and such rights under section 77 and 80 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988, as may be amended from time to time (”Act”), as I now have or hereafter acquire in relation to my Contribution, and I give all consents as may be required pursuant to the Act, including performer’s consents, to enable the Company to make the fullest use of my Contribution as set out above The Company shall be entitled to cut and edit the material as it deems fit
I grant the Company and its affiliates the right to make use of my name, photograph, likeness, biography and recordings of my voice from my Contribution for the purposes of advertising and promotion and in connection with the exploitation of the Food Hero Awards and other school food and food education related content in all media, including websites and throughout the universe and so far as possible in perpetuity
I grant third parties connected to the Food Hero Awards including but not limited to Partners, Judges, Expert Panelists and Sponsors the right to use my Contribution in all media, including websites, social media and press in perpetuity for the purposes of promoting school food and food education and the Food Hero Awards
I warrant that my Contribution will be honest, original to me and not defamatory or derogatory or obscene of any person or entity, and shall not contain anything that infringes the rights of a third party I warrant that I am not deceiving the Company in any way as to my identity or experiences or in any other way
I agree that I undertake my Contribution entirely at my own risk and I warrant that I am fit and healthy and able to carry out any tasks required by the Company (which I acknowledge have been explained to me in advance of undertaking the Contribution) So far as permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable to me or my legal representatives or my parent/guardian for any loss or damage or injury to me or my property caused or suffered in connection with the Food Hero Awards launch event unless caused by the negligence of the Company and recoverable on that ground
I agree that I will not, without your prior consent, at any time make any statement or disclosure including press or media statements, interviews, or make any comments on social networking sites including, without limitation, Facebook and/or Twitter, or make any statement to any third party or supply information or photographs,relating to my Contribution, or the Company to the public before, during or after filming of my Contribution. I agree that I will not reveal the winners or the shortlisted candidates of the Food Hero Award categories to the general public or on social media before Thursday 14th November 2024
This agreement may be freely assigned or licensed by the Company
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have sole jurisdiction in relation to the terms and conditions of this release form and any dispute arising from it
